I lived at Adara for a full year whilst doing my Masters and Im telling you this was an amazing experience!!! The amenities were amazing and the apartment was cozy. Their biggest flex is their staff.. Jordyn and Dominic were absolutely amazing!! They genuinely care about their tenants' welfare and I can honestly tell you every request I made was attended to. The manager Giovanni is an absolute gem!!! Thank you for everything. You made my stay at Adara a bliss!! The only apartment i have stayed where on moveout, my deposit comes without a single sweat! Im going to miss the team so much. Thank you for your attention to detail!!!

I have lived here for 2 years and its been fantastic. I love the convenience and the price is fair. Also, the leasing office is very attentive to every issue and Sade its absolutely kind and helpful.

My son lives here and I haven’t always been happy with the way the property looks but there is a very noticeable difference recently. Trash is almost non existent, grills are working, gym is always clean. whatever has changed in the past month or two is for the better. Great decision made by management whatever it was

Only reason I went down a star for this review is because of one of the agents when I went to tour. When I walked in, they were with someone else but I felt brushed off with the slight attitude that came from them like they were bothered that I was walking in. I got to tour with Giovanni though & had a great time. He explained everything, answered all my questions, & took the time to walk around both of the buildings, & even offer to match some things if I had potentially found better just to keep my business. I didn't end up going with the apartment for personal reasons (I chose a different location than Roosevelt) but if I was staying in this area, they were a top contender!

My experience with Adara was amazing. MS. Sade Bogle have me an inviting smile and perfect customer service. She was respectful, and answered all of my questions with kindness and respect. To my opinion, she deserves a raise or something good, because she amazed me how nice someone here in Phoenix could be.
