I lived here for 4.5 years and had a really good experience. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The maintenance was always timely and got the job done right. Gym, free coffee and the community room were great amenities.

Great place to live! Awesome views from upper levels. Secure! Dedicated parking. Floor to ceiling bay windows. The Hop right outside. Walk to everything. The Lake 6 blocks away.

Having rented apartments for years, I can confidently say that the staff at Yankee Hill are by far the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The team is consistently professional, friendly, and responsive. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly, and maintenance requests were handled with speed and efficiency. It truly felt like they genuinely cared about their residents' comfort and well-being. If you're looking for an apartment where the management truly goes above and beyond, Yankee Hill Apartments should be at the top of your list!

Loved living here. It’s a great central location. I can’t put into words how nice it is to be a block away from a grocery store. The apartments feel a little outdated with the carpet floors. That being said the staff is friendly and extremely responsive (they helped me get my keys when I dropped them down the elevator shaft!). If you’re looking for a reasonably price apartment in the heart of downtown look no further.

I stayed there for almost 3 years. Throughout the stay, I had no complaints. The apartments are beautiful and offer great views. The staff are very friendly and responsive. They were quick in resolving any issues.
