I’ve been living here for a few months now, and one of my favorite parts about this community is the social atmosphere! The resident events are such a fun way to connect with neighbors. Just the other night, I attended the “Skyline Dinner” featuring a renowned sushi chef. It was absolutely wonderful! The food was incredible, the views were beautiful, and it was the perfect way to spend my Sunday evening right at home. A big shoutout to Krystal, who organizes all the resident events. She truly does an amazing job bringing everyone together and making each event special. It’s those personal touches that make living here such a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just an apartment, but a real sense of community!

I’ve had a great experience at Ascent so far. From the moment I walked in the front door just to tour the apartments, Jen was super kind/ welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. She knows my name and greets me every time I walk in, which honestly goes a long way and makes the place feel more personal. You can tell that she truly cares about the residents and wants people to feel taken care of, not just checked in and out. The building itself is well kept and feels calm and comfortable, but having someone like Jen at the front desk really adds to the overall experience. It makes Ascent feel more like a community than just another apartment building

I came to Ascent for temporary housing after moving across the country. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Jen and Scott (front desk concierge) are awesome. They will make every effort to help with anything you ask. Amenities are great. Building is clean. Area is great and feels safe. Very dog friendly.

My experience with Lindsay at Ascent has been amazing. She was the first person I talked to about the apartments and helped guide me through all of my options. She’s very knowledgeable about the building and takes the time to tailor her recommendations to your needs, helping you find the unit that’s the best fit. Lindsay is personable, easy to talk to, and always goes the extra mile to answer questions or help with any concerns. She makes the whole process smooth and welcoming

My first time in Milwaukee stayed at the Ascent it is a great building. When I checked in after a 6hour layover, I met Jen at the front desk. She was amazing took me to my apartment, helped me with my luggage and explained the building to me. She was so friendly I couldn't be upset anymore. Just a great human being. The apartments are spacious and very quiet. I am here temporarily so I went through Suite Home furnished apartments which is located in the Ascent. I am so happy. Thank you..
