I've been living at River House for over a year, and I'm continually impressed with the entirety of the building and operation. The staff is responsive and positive. Maintenance issues are typically handled same day. The building and grounds are kept up well. The location is very central within the city, and we have the added benefit of living right on the Riverwalk.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been such a great experience. The entire team is wonderful. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to help with anything I need. The maintenance team is just as amazing — they’re quick to respond, professional, and always make sure things are done right. It really makes such a difference knowing that everyone here genuinely cares. The property itself is always clean and well maintained. The common areas look great, and I always feel comfortable and safe here. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the community in great shape. It feels like home, and that’s not something you can say about every apartment. I’m really happy to be living here and can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a place that’s well managed, well cared for, and filled with great people.

Love River House apartments but the best part of moving there or living there is Erica in the office... She made the leasing process, the moving in process and even helped us go above and beyond by helping us move huge boxes to our apartment. She truly is a gem and we are so grateful to have her at River House!

I absolutely LOVE living at River House! Easily one of the best communities I've lived at in the Milwaukee area. The staff is super friendly, the amenities are superb and the resident events always a blast! Plus the access to the river walk and convenience to downtown shops and restaurants are an added bonus! I may or may not have frequented the many breweries within walking distance of River House. Thank you to Courtney, Willie and the rest of the RH team for making this place truly feel like home :)

Love living here! Management has always addressed any issues or maintenance problems very quickly. It’s a great location with affordable units. My only gripe (which is not management’s fault) is that if you have a unit facing Water Street, it can be very loud.
