We toured this apartment and Chloe was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The units are spacious and nicely laid out. They have free storage units first come first serve. We applied a few days after our tour and our application was approved in about 24 hours. Looking forward to moving in!

I have lived in Jefferson Block for about a year now and have loved every second! The staff, including Emma and Chloe are the best! The location is amazing and would recommend to those who want to experience the full feel of the city!

The JBlock Team is awesome! Emma and Chole do an excellent job at keeping our community together by hosting monthly socials and having an open-door policy in the office. Dan and Thomas are very efficient and fast at addressing any issues we may have in our apartments and Antonio keeps the whole place looking so nice and clean. I really appreciate the team here!!

The Jefferson Block Team is absolutely fantastic at making my apartment feel like a true home, with added fun resident events and parties!!! From the office team of Emma and Chloe, to the maintenance crew of Thomas and Dan, and also Antonio who makes sure everything stays neat and tidy…they are a dream team! Thank you for all you do for the residents here at J Block!

Living in these apartments has been an amazing experience so far. I enjoy its location and the atmosphere. Chloe & Emma especially have made living here a fun experience with all of the activities they put together. I appreciate their willingness to always help and answer questions!
