I had the pleasure of visiting 777 North Bering St. here in Milwaukee, and let me tell you — the real VIP of the experience was the amazing front desk superstar, Benito (Ben)! From the second I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, warmth, and enough positive energy to make me forget I was even having a long day. Benito (Ben) deserves a raise, a trophy, and honestly probably their own holiday at this point. Customer service like that is rare these days. Friendly, professional, caring, and somehow manages to make everyone feel like family the moment they walk through the door. If every place had a Benito (Ben), the world would be a much happier place. Thank you for making my visit so welcoming and memorable. Milwaukee, protect Benito at all costs!

Our concierge and other staff here at 7Seventy7 do an amazing job. Courtney, Sophie and Shi just to name a few are the best. They are always courteous, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether handling deliveries, answering questions, or simply offering a warm greeting, they help make this a wonderful place to live. Their kindness and professionalism are so appreciated. I would recommend living here in this community to anyone. There’s residence of all ages. It’s just a wonderful place to live. Much of that is due to the staff.

I recently just visited a friend at 7seventy7 and whoa I was blown away. The first thing I noticed was that the lobby was beautifully decorated. They have fresh flowers and fruit infused water. I got to speak with the front desk concierge Wanda and she told me that they switch out their flowers every Thursday how cool my girlfriend would love that. The smell in the lobby is clean. I also have pets and just learned from Wanda that 7Seventy7 is extremely pet friendly. I can’t wait to tour the entire building. I am so excited to one day be a resident.

Recently toured at 7Seventy7 with Sophie. Sophie has a bright personality and is extremely welcoming. She is one of the reasons why I am considering living here. I absolutely fell in love with the views and how clean and modern the building was. I will definitely be planning on moving here in the next year. Wanda at the front desk was very helpful and always smiling. She even stood up when we arrived. Offered us something to drink. I got the prosecco. Everything about this place screams home to me. Hope to see you next year 7SEVENTY7
