Amazing new apartments right in yankee hill (Milwaukee,WI)! I have toured this place two times (wanted to make sure it was the right choice for me) the staff is so nice and super helpful! Pretty fabulous views of the lake and city! The layouts of the two bedrooms are also super spacious.

Life at Vantage On The Park is great! The new management is excellent. They’ve been nothing short of considerate and sincere. The community’s parking structure is being repaired and they’ve been incredibly helpful providing temporary parking solutions to all the residents. The fitness center is super spacious and the community room and roof top deck have the best views. Hands down the best apartment community ever!

I moved into Vantage 5 years ago. It's an excellent apartment and community. If you value quiet, I never hear my neighbors and the building generally is quiet with respectful, kind residents. Management is responsive and easy to work with. Maintenance is top notch with FAST response times. Obviously the location is one of the best in Milwaukee. Just check the Walkability score! I had lake views from my apartment. The apartment is beautiful! It has a gorgeous, large bathroom and an amazing kitchen with top of the line appliances. It's honestly the nicest refrigerator I have had in my life! The building isn't new, but the remodel they did made it like new. It's just a modern and beautiful place to live! The only slight downside is the parking garage because It's the old hotel garage and they are kind of stuck with it. They have entirely secured the garage so that you are safe coming and going to your car. Most of the parking spaces are under a roof so you don't have snow or ice to worry about. I have loved living at Vantage and I'm very sad to leave. Thank you, Milan, for running a fantastic place to live.

I can't say enough about how great of a place Vantage is to live right in the heart of downtown Milwaukee near the lakefront. The biggest plus are the people that work here. Maria is extremely friendly, saying hi and asking about your day whenever you pass in the lobby, and works to get to know you. I lived here last summer when I was interning in Milwaukee and instantly made the choice to stay at this building once I moved full time to the city. They have been nothing but amazing and accomodating for me and my situation and continue to do so while I make the transition to the next steps in my life.

Vantage is a wonderful apartment building in Downtown Milwaukee. The location is perfect. The apartments are modern and gorgeous. The management team is extraordinary and provides excellent service 24/7. If I could give more stars I would. Vantage is truly great!
