I’ve really enjoyed living here, it truly feels like home. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the location couldn’t be better. The views from the building are beautiful and make everyday living feel a bit more peaceful. What I appreciate most is the staff. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely work hard to make this a great place to live. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of quickly. If I had to mention one thing, the parking spots can feel a bit tight for very large SUVs or trucks, but it’s manageable once you get used to it. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-run community

Lived here for 2023 and absolutely loved them. I think they were going through a bit of management transitions etc so things were a bit hectic for a short period however the staff was always very communicative and supportive of me and other tenants I knew. When I had to move out early they immediately helped list my unit and started doing tours. The cost of each unit rent is a bit expensive for 1 bed/1bath styles BUT I truly think the view, hospitality, and location make up for that. Plus, in-unit washer and dryer ✅ For us, Rob and Sam were super helpful for any questions we had (Rob was my go-to from my first tour until ending my lease) and Mitchell at the front desk was the absolute best! Parking is available inside with a lot of spaces and kept warm - there were some safety issues in there 1-2 times while I lived there (theft and breaking in) but they were always on the dot about communicating that and updating us. Just sucks that it happened. They should really be adding cameras everywhere. Parking is also not that bad price-wise compared to the next apartment I moved to downtown. I’ll always miss this place

We have lived at the Moderne three years ago. When relocating back to Milwaukee, this was our first choice. The staff is super friendly and effective, the location is wonderful.

Living at the Moderne has been a great experience! The staff is friendly and always helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I rarely hear noise from other apartments, which is a big plus. I’ve been here for almost two years now, so it’s clear I really enjoy living here, and honestly, have no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had a great experience at this apartment. The staff is very friendly and open to working with you with anything you need. They also have special outings throughout the year where they take groups of us to Bucks games in a club section. Feel free to check out the view from my apartment window and of the club section at the game they took me to, as well.
