I've lived at the Franklin for almost 3 years now and have had a great experience! The units are spacious, and the location is great. I've always felt safe in the area and building. The staff has always been really friendly, even through several personnel changes. Maintenance and the leasing office are responsive and quick about addressing whatever I need, and the common areas are kept clean. The management team has put together many resident events lately and constantly leave out cookies/other sweet treats for residents. Plenty of dogs in the building and all the other residents I've encountered have been respectful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Franklin to others!

We love The Franklin! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are amazing!! Ty hey go above and beyond to make sure their residents feel at home. The common areas are clean, always smell good, and are seasonally decorated. The apartments are spacious with huge windows in every room that provide great natural lighting. The location is also great being right on the Hop line and just a couple blocks from the Oak Leaf Trail. Some units even have a lake view! We’d highly recommend The Franklin for your next home!

I've lived at the Franklin for almost 6 months and it has been great! The units are huge, the buildings are clean, and the location is key right by the Oak Leaf Trail. The staff has always been really friendly. Maintenance and the leasing office are responsive and quick about addressing whatever I may need. I highly recommend this place to live!

I have been living here about a year and a half and I love it. The maintenance team is very quick at fixing issues. The location is wonderful and the apartments are really well priced and high quality compared to other apartments in the area. They are very nice, and the amenities are great. It’s great being close to the Hop and only a short walk from Brady street and Veterans park.

I have been at the Franklin Apartments since 2015 and it's one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The management and their staff are always the best in the business. I never had a problem in all of my 8 years. it's also in a very good location where you can walk to stores or take the trolly and is close to Brady Street and to the lake. You can't beat this location and having a great management team, makes it a must to live here.
