I lived here for 3 years. The Rythym staff, particularly Meg, were amazing throughout. As a foreigner, she has been such a great help showing flexibility and understanding, especially when I had to go back to my home country for a visa renewal and there was uncertainty on my side about that. This has been a big relief for many things. Thank you as well to Mariano and Tiffany, they are both doing a great job. Other than Rythym's great staff, I recommand this location. The apartment is very well located downtown MKE, Fresh Thyme being across the street is very convenient. And the apartment I was in was modern and well equipped. Thank you Rythym for those 3 great years.

I’ve had a great experience at Rythm Apartments, and a big part of that is Meg. She truly goes above and beyond—she’s friendly, informative, creative, and genuinely cares about the residents. She makes you feel like you belong here, not just like you’re signing a lease, and she really follows through on that. The community itself is also something special. There are thoughtful and fun events, like the Easter duck hunt (I actually found one!), along with other activities throughout the year. One of my favorites is the First Friday breakfast in the community room—it’s a great way to connect and feel part of the community. Overall, this feels like a place where people are welcomed and supported, and I’m really grateful to be here.

I lived at Rhythm during a rotational program, which came with plenty of location instability. HUGE thanks to Meg for accommodating several short-notice housing changes without a second thought! ​Maintenance was practically immediate, and the front lobby often has free snacks and local event info. I have nothing but praise for this property and especially loved the balcony and whiteboard cabinets. This is an EXCELLENT place to live in downtown Milwaukee!

The Rhythm apartment complex is amazing. Location is convenient and peaceful. Meg & Tiffany truly care about the community. Communication on site as well as off-site 10/10. I’d recommend anyone to visit.

New to Rhythm—not the neighborhood—and already it feels like a glimpse into the future of millennial and neurodivergent living spaces. The building is quiet, clean, and the staff and residents have been welcoming, which made settling feel seamless. And Meg—is the absolute Bee’s Knees and probably my favorite apartment manager in the Lower East Side. If you know, you know. If there’s one thing that would make this place even better, it would be a rooftop access and/or a sauna or pool—but honestly, that’s the only thing missing.
