We just moved into our new apartment, Nova is modern and well-designed with outstanding amenities! The management team was absolutely fantastic - Emily and Cassidy were responsive, professional, and made the entire move-in process so smooth and easy. The three bedroom apartment itself is beautiful, and we can already tell this is going to be a wonderful place to call home. Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Nova apartments for a short visit in Milwaukee. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen plus a washer & dryer! There’s a great market across the street for groceries, a nice fitness center in the building and you’re close to all of the action Milwaukee has to offer. Cassidy was extremely helpful and kind when my brain couldn’t figure out how to unlock the door and got us right into our apartment so we could get on with our plans. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Milwaukee!

Nova Apartments has the perfect location. Emily and Cassidy are so friendly and kind! I am always greeted with a smile and positive energy which brightens my day!! Nova is definitely a place I will recommend to others as a great place to call home!

The NOVA is a jewel in the heart of downtown Milwaukee with its first class amenities and location it is ideal place to live in MKE. The staff is outstanding special shoutout to Cassidy very kind and helpful if you have any questions always willing to assist.

I attended an event in the Community Room located in Nova and Tiffany was honestly a ray of sunshine. She showed me around and was helping with any questions i had. I actually recommend a few of my friends check out this building because of her as they are moving to Milwaukee from out of state. 10 / 10
