I had a friend that lived at LH years ago, and I would visit once in a while. So when it came time to look for a nice apartment in the Milwaukee area, I knew right where to go to. I can’t say enough good things about these apartments. Moving is not always fun, but the leasing staff at Library Hill has made it an enjoyable and smooth process. From the first tour done by Maddie, to the lease signing process with Dan, Tiffany helping setup our internet, just great service from the start. We are beyond excited to start the next chapter here. We’ve been living at Library Hill for almost two years now, and we have no plans to look elsewhere. The combination of price and amenities is hard to beat — it truly feels like the best value in the market. Special shoutout to Casey and Dan from the leasing office: they’re approachable, friendly, and consistently professional in how they work with tenants. That balance makes the experience here even better. The community itself is safe, well maintained, and conveniently located. With plenty of nearby stores, restaurants, fast food options, and bus stops, everyday errands and commutes are simple and stress-free. Overall, Library Hill has been a reliable, comfortable place to call home, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.

If you’re expecting anything quiet. Dont think about it. 4th floor and/or their children run all night and day. Sounds like a stampede . Bricks are in hallway doors , which quite frankly a safety concern to have the access open in such way and of course management responsiveness is zero. Casey went to another property after he made this one a dump. We all miss dominick

I have only been living at Library Hill apartments for 4 months, and my experience with them has been great! With moving in from states away, they were very helpful with the applying and moving. They are also pet friendly, which allowed my partner and I to finally get a dog as planned. Their maintenance and upkeep is also great, as any time I’ve made a report, Steven was there immediately and was very friendly. Very happy with the place!

I’ve lived at Library Hill for almost a year, and my time here has been great so far. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and prompt with responses/requests. I love the size of my apartment as well as the view! The location is also great—right downtown and very walkable to many hotspots. I also love that I have a safe place in the parking garage to park my car. I would highly recommend this apartment complex!
