Sandra is a really nice lady. Very professional and keeps all of us up to date with different things happening around the building. She has a very hard job but always ensures everyone is enjoying their time here. I feel very secure here when I’m indoors. It is still downtown so there will be the occasional noise or smell of weed but the apartment doesn’t smell. I’ve lived here almost a year now and the building is well maintained by Kantrell. The halls are never dirty, during the winter the snow was always blown away. Even the trash room never stinks. You also get to live next to a few cool businesses when you’re here. Hopefully I can get out of my job trying to relocate me so I can stay here longer 😭. Freshwater is pretty awesome.

We moved in a few months ago and are loving it so far. Great location in between third ward and bayview with walking/biking trails accessible to both areas. Our maintenance request was taken care of within less than 24 hours. The freshwater staff is great at communicating updates.

The building is clean and well kept, the walls are very thick (I never hear my neighbors), there are many options available for parking, and I believe the price is appropriate for the amenities (in unit washer/dryer is huge!). While I was at first unsure about the location, I love living walking distance to a grocery store and love being right in between the third ward and Bayview. Walkers Point has so much to offer! On top of the physical building being great, Sandra is the best property manager I've ever had. She is attentive, responsive, and detail oriented and is always working to improve the space, which is hard to find!!! One thing to be aware of - first street can be noisy if you live on the west side of the building, but otherwise I have no complaints. Overall, I am grateful I moved here and would recommend it.

The management team is incredibly helpful and friendly. Sandra does a wonderful job with checking in and keeping everyone updated. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally by Kantrell. The apartment is clean and has new appliances, including washer and dryer. Overall, living here has been a great experience!

This place is an amazing place to live! I’ve been living here since July and have had no problems with my unit at all. The apartment manager, Sandra, is the absolute best and is always there whenever you need something. The atmosphere in the community is amazing and very friendly as well. I also find it very safe living here! I highly reccomend anyone considering moving to the Milwaukee area to move here!
