I’ve lived at City Green Apartments for over a year and recently decided to renew my lease and transfer to a larger apartment because I can truly see myself staying here for the long term. The location is fantastic, the property is well maintained, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Cassidy has been especially helpful throughout the transfer process. She’s transparent, proactive, and made everything incredibly easy. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the team, which made the decision to stay an easy one.

We lived at City Green Apartments for almost a year, and it was truly the best housing choice we could have made. The location is unbeatable — close to everything and extremely convenient. The building facilities are excellent and very well maintained. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff was consistently helpful and professional. The property management team is outstanding and runs the building impeccably. We had a great experience living here and would highly recommend City Green Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live

I toured City Green Apartments with Cassidy and had a great experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The property was clean, with well-kept amenities, and she answered all my questions honestly. Definitely a 5-star tour!

I am a long term resident at City Green and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place in the City. The building offers one of the best locations in Milwaukee. Short distance to Lake, restaurants, night life. Additionally, the building is well kept. The new workout room was quite the upgrade. While there have been issues in my 7 years here, they do an excellent job of handling them promptly and communicating along the way. Amy, the Property Manager, is always helpful and friendly and does a great job of making this building a community.

I just renewed my lease, which is the best testament to my appreciation for this community! The building is perfectly located for city activities and events throughout the year, is well kept up, has all the amenities you need, wonderful tenants, and not least a top notch manager, Amy, and maintenance crew, Thomas, who respond immediately to any request. I can highly recommend this great community! Henrik
