I lived at Brix Apartment Lofts in Milwaukee for a little over two years and had a consistently positive experience. The building is secure, well-managed, and in a convenient location for accessing downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods. The staff is a major strength of the property. Sean, the onsite property manager, is reliable, communicative, and addresses concerns quickly. Joe from maintenance keeps the building in great shape and is prompt with any service requests. It’s clear both take their roles seriously and care about the living environment. Common areas and amenities were always clean and functional, and overall, the building feels well looked after. The only reason I moved out was due to relocating out of state, not because of any issues with the property. For anyone looking for a solid, well-run apartment building in Milwaukee, Brix is a strong choice.

My partner and I have been living at Brix for a little over 3 years and we love it here! Convenient location, great apartment, clean and beautiful building, and AWESOME management and maintenance. Truly best rental I’ve ever lived in(and I’ve lived in a lot of places in MKE). Our maintenance needs are always resolved quickly. Sean and Joe go above and beyond to make sure we and everyone else in the building is happy. Brix feels like a small community and management brings us together by throwing epic parties a few times a year. I’ve made a lot of friends here and we don’t intend on moving out until we buy a home.

This place is awesome! Phenomenal location near lots bars and restaurants. The 1 bedroom unit on the top floor is very spacious with incredibly high ceilings (probably 15-20 feet). The building used to be a candy factory that's been restored, which blends the superior older architecture with modern amenities and finishings. The view from our south facing unit is incredible and are able to see both the sunrise and sunset. There's no train noise on this side of the building either. The community room and large rooftop offers a great space to chill with friends and family and Brix parties. Brix management is also easy to talk to and responds to any issues promptly. Love living at Brix 408.

Brix was an outstanding place to live. Starting with how great it was with Sean and Joe being outgoing, always prompt and helpful, and easy going guys to be around on the management side. The location in Walkers Point making it so accessible walking or driving to anywhere in the city, as well as easy access to highways or Bayview. The views of both sunrise over the Hoan Bridge, Sunset in the valley, of the city skyline or the light up water tower, you always had an opportunity for a great view. The size of the units is beyond ample for the cost. Along with them staying up to date amenities and ensuring they're always in working condition! The community does a great job of hosting events both within Brix for the residents as well as for local residents in the area. And on top of all of that, the convenience of an additional gym and coffee shop within the building, breweries, restaurants and food trucks a block away, cannot be beat!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is outstanding, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in the community. It’s a close-knit environment made up largely of professionals, while still being very welcoming for small families. The location is unbeatable. Just about everything you need is within walking distance, and in the summertime the area comes alive with activities and opportunities to connect with neighbors who know how to balance working hard and enjoying life. The rooftop is a true highlight, featuring a beautiful fire pit and plenty of space to relax, host an event, or simply enjoy the vibe on your own. The building itself is quiet, well maintained, and residents are respectful of one another. Joe, our maintenance engineer, is an absolute rock star he takes concerns seriously and addresses them promptly and professionally. The building is also very dog-friendly, and running into the four-legged “concierges” in the elevator is always a highlight of the day. If you’re looking for a unique apartment home with character, community, and convenience, Brix is absolutely the place to be.
