I’m still in the application process; however the office been responsive and cooperative (Josslyn) gave me all the details I needed it in a very formative email even helped with estimating the off charges such as utilities, internet and water since I’m relocating internationally and from another state too. I’ll be updating for sure about the community… be aware of the AI assist via texting not so friendly 😅

Living at 550 Ultra Lofts has been amazing! The rooftop terrace is perfect, and I love being right next to the Bucks stadium—it’s such a fun and convenient location. What truly sets this place apart is Josslyn, the apartment manager. She’s incredibly responsive, professional, and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure residents are happy. I plan to stay here until I graduate from med school because it really feels like home. If you’re looking for a well-managed, stylish home in the heart of Milwaukee, I highly recommend 550 Ultra Lofts!

550 Ultra Lofts is a modern apartment complex that offers so much to their residents. First and foremost, the staff members are welcoming, friendly and pro-active. Every interaction I've had with the staff shows how much they truly care for their residents and attempt to make this place a home for everyone. The tour was quick and easy to schedule and during the tour, my guide made every attempt to figure out what I look for in a home and how to personalize my experience. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and modern with a great view of the city. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the whole complex and the centralized location. Across the street is the Deer District and within a few blocks there are countless restaurants, bars and shops to explore. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a new home. Can't wait to move in!

I moved from Wauwatosa, and I have yet to regret it! One of my favorite features is the coffee machines on the mezzanine—a perfect place to grab a quick cup and relax. Josslyn, the apartment manager, is always responsive and professional and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. Tom (security) is also a huge asset—he’s friendly, helpful, and makes you feel safe and welcomed. I'm not a big sports person, but I enjoy the convenience of other concerts/events at Fiserv! I'm originally from out of town so this is a great place for me to explore downtown Milwaukee.

We moved in April 2025. Despite completing a walk through of our unit ahead of move in and going through items that needed repair, there was still outstanding issues upon our move in. The carpets are clearly in need of being replaced, but they didn’t even bother to have them professionally cleaned. Mngmnt tried saying it was permanent stains but when you see earring backs and hair still on the carpet it clearly was not even vacuumed prior to us moving in. The walls/doors had clearly not been painted or wiped (still hair on the walls in one of the bathrooms) and the ceiling had been touched up in spots but clearly should have been entirely painted - looked like 2 different colors. We couldnt unpack or setup our bed until the following week as the carpet cleaner and painter could not come any sooner, again this should have been done prior to our move in. Second, management does not care to address or resolve several issues we have brought to their attention.The front door does not close properly resulting a security concern in the evening, there is a resident who continues to have his dog (Rottweiler) off leash resulting in risk to other residents with dogs (we have a service dog) and that resident has even told us that management knows he does not have his dog on leash and they don’t care, coffee machine was removed and no update has been provided on why or if to expect a replacement, our original property manager Josslyn randomly disappeared without any notice and now we have inconsistent people on site weekly- it’s hit or miss if someone is available, trash room always has trash in it and has backed up, elevator has has part of the ceiling missing and maintenance has not re-installed the missing piece which has been sitting in the lobby. We most recently found a partial joint on our patio and can only assume it came from the one above us. We have lived in several buildings being renters for the past 12 years, and this one lacks any sort of sound proofing inside or outside- you can hear everything that is going on outside- it’s absolutely insane, and we have lived in busier areas of bigger cities that had better sound proofing that this place. They don’t disclose that there are several units used for AirBnB on every floor, we have not had an issue personally with guests but wonder if this is part of the issue with the trash in the elevators/lobby and trash rooms. Our a/c stoped working on a Friday evening and I reported it to emergency 2 times and they didn’t send anyone until the following Tuesday, at which point they said it needed a electrician which couldn’t come out for another week, which then led to a hvac person being needed to be called a week later resulting in no resolution outside of them saying it’s running fine, when in fact it’s still not running properly, and at this point guess we are lucky temps are cooling off. Based off similar reviews for the Malt house they manage up the street, this is how Harmoniq management conducts business.
