Highly recommend the Viktoria in Downtown Seattle. I lived here for three years and thoroughly enjoyed my resident experience. Great location, and very attentive staff who all work together to make everyone’s experience great. Definitely want to recognize Kevin, Brandon, Justin, Paula, Gerero, and Sarah for the hospitality over the last three years. Your professionalism and kindness is very much appreciated. If you are considering a downtown apartment, you must check out the Viktoria—you will not be disappointed. Will miss you all!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Josh provided outstanding service. He responded quickly to my maintenance request and arrived promptly. He was professional, friendly, and able to diagnose and fix the electrical issue in my bathroom within minutes. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable the maintenance team have been all the time, and Josh took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

My experience with Viktoria Apartments was excellent, and Genaro made it even better. During the first tour, he was friendly, knew his stuff, and answered all my questions. I handled everything from Michigan before moving, and Genaro made the leasing process simple. He always communicated clearly and quickly, so I felt sure everything would be ready when I got to Seattle. That trust paid off. On move-in day, Genaro met me at the loading dock and made sure everything went smoothly. His service really stood out. I love the apartment. The views of Puget Sound and the Space Needle are amazing, and the community has been very welcoming. Genaro truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with him; you will not regret it. Awesome building, amazing units! Kevin with the maintenance staff is very kind and knowledgeable! The amenities are well-kept, and the sky lounge is a must see! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Been living here with my husband for 6 months and we both couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here. The city view from our unit is amazing and the rooftop views are nothing short of breathtaking. Front desk, leasing, and maintenance staff are consistently friendly and always helpful. Shoutout Robert with maintenance for always being so prompt and professional whenever we have an issue. We always have full confidence in him and he always goes above and beyond, often fixing extra things before he leaves.
