Olivian is a wonderful place to call home. The management team truly goes above and beyond to support residents, and their responsiveness makes a big difference in day-to-day living. In particular, Mia Matthews has been incredibly helpful whenever I’ve had questions about rent, utilities, or general apartment concerns. She is always welcoming, greets everyone with a warm smile, and consistently fosters a sense of community through well-organized resident events. The building itself offers great amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a comfortable lounge with a pool table, and multiple meeting rooms that are perfect for working from home. Overall, Olivian provides a comfortable, friendly, and well-maintained living environment that I highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Olivian! The staff is always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. The common areas are beautifully maintained, and the amenities are a huge bonus. Any issues that come up are addressed promptly, and it’s clear the team truly cares about keeping residents happy. Highly recommend!

TL;DR: staff 11/5, building 4.5/5, location 5/5 We lived here for 2 years, in two different units. It was a pleasure coming home every day and we were devastated to leave. First and foremost, the staff are the real standout here. Every single one of them is friendly, helpful, and competent. They genuinely care about the building and the tenants and it shows in every facet of this community. Huge shout out to Rob and his maintenance team who keep this 18 year old building in way better shape than any of the newer buildings I've lived/currently live in. I have nothing but praise for every single person working here, and Greystar should give them all a raise. The units themselves are great. The floor plans are huge and ceilings are high and you can tell they were built to a high standard originally. There are a few negatives though. They're looking a little dated. Since they are so large, they are expensive overall, though reasonably priced per sqft. Also, for some reason, one of our apartments was really expensive to heat. The location is kind of unbeatable in my opinion. You're right next to everything but because it's surrounded by hotels and the convention center, the immediate vicinity is actually quite peaceful, unless there's a really big convention. Great building overall. We would happily move back here if the opportunity presented itself.

I came in for a tour and David was super friendly and helpful! I was really impressed with all of the amenities and the garage is huge compared to most apartment buildings. The proximity to the light rail is also a huge plus for me. If you want to live in a great, central location I’d recommend checking out The Olivian and touring with David!

I love this building! I took the best tour with Germaine and she showed us everything the building had to offered. She was so helpful and answered every question or concern I had about living in downtown. I am definitely considering this place when I move next year!
