Joined the Boba Event today, the event hold by McKenzie is always the highest quality. Reese has organized and host the event very well. We had a fabulous time living here.

I currently live at McKenzie Apartments, and it has been a great experience overall. The building is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are excellent and always kept in great condition, which really adds to the quality of living here. The apartments feel modern and luxurious, and the views are incredible. One thing I especially appreciate is how friendly and helpful the staff is. Everyone from the concierge to the leasing team has always been professional, approachable, and quick to assist. I also enjoy the regular resident events and activities, which make the community feel lively and give residents a chance to meet and connect with each other. It truly feels like home.

I’ve lived at McKenzie Apartments for the past three years, and it has truly felt like home. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the high-quality finishes, the inviting and well-maintained amenities, and the overall sense of safety and community in the building. The rooftop is a personal favorite — it’s beautifully designed and offers incredible views. One of the highlights of living here has been the exceptional concierge team. The service is 24/7, and they always go the extra mile — whether it’s opening the door when I come back with groceries, being warm and welcoming to my guests, or simply being a friendly and familiar face at all hours. Special shoutout to Alem, who consistently brings such warmth and professionalism to her role. It really makes a difference. The building also puts thoughtful effort into organizing events for residents, which adds a lovely sense of community - special thank you to Reese who is always going above and beyond with the events! And when it comes to management, Hailey has been incredible to work with. She’s responsive, helpful, and genuinely takes residents’ feedback into account — especially during the lease renewal process. It’s refreshing to feel heard and supported. Overall, McKenzie is a place where you’re not just renting an apartment — you’re part of a community that values comfort, service, and a high standard of living. I can’t recommend it enough.

We had the pleasure of living at McKenzie for over 3 years. Beautiful property that is very well maintained. All of the staff, from the leasing office to concierge to maintenance are professional, kind, and prompt. Incredible amenities that are also very well maintained. Stunning views of the city, Puget Sound, and mountains from many of the apartments and from the rooftop. Neighbors are also, generally, top notch. I wish rent was a bit cheaper, but absolutely no complaints on the quality of life here. Had to unfortunately move out of state, but will always remember our time at McKenzie. Thanks!

I’ve lived at McKenzie for the past five years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for those without a car—restaurants, grocery stores, and other essentials are all within walking distance. Safety was my top priority when searching for an apartment in Seattle, and McKenzie has exceeded my expectations. With a 24-hour concierge and dedicated nighttime security, I’ve always felt secure and well taken care of. Beyond just a place to live, McKenzie has truly felt like a community. The activities team has been organizing monthly birthday celebrations since I moved in, and in recent years, they’ve introduced even more engaging events like casino nights, game nights, and mini concerts. These events have really fostered a sense of belonging. The amenities here are top-notch. The rooftop offers breathtaking sunset views, and the gym shares the same incredible scenery. The building also features a spa room and sauna, making it easy to relax without leaving home. Last but not least, the entire team at McKenzie is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. From the leasing team (special shoutout to Hailey and Brad!) to the concierge, maintenance, and activities teams, everyone contributes to making this a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend McKenzie to anyone looking for a safe, well-located, and welcoming apartment community in Seattle!
