First of all, the staff. Erving, Fernando, Nathalia, the entire concierge and maintenance teams are top notch. They're responsive, courteous, and effective. From the lease, to moving, and tackling the minor hiccups that are expected from a newly constructed building, they've made everything a breeze. Apart from that, building itself is great. Modern fixtures with an elegant retro vibe, fantastic views and always tidy and clean amenities. We've only spent 2 months here, but so far Kaye has delivered everything we hoped for.

We recently applied to Kaye, and I honestly felt compelled to leave a review because of how great the experience was. I normally don’t write reviews before actually moving in, and we almost never make a decision on the spot, but this was different. Our leasing consultant, Erving, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, his energy made us feel welcome and at home. He spent over two hours giving us a full tour, never once rushing us, and took the time to answer every single question we had. It genuinely felt like he cared about making sure we were 100% comfortable and happy with our decision. The property itself is beautiful. Everything was incredibly clean, well maintained, and the view is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. The overall atmosphere matched the staff perfectly. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Because of Erving’s effort and the overall experience, we ended up applying on the spot, which is something we never do. That alone says a lot. We’re really looking forward to living here and want to thank Erving and the entire team for such a great experience

I took a tour recently with Kizhan. This building is brand new and the amenities are incredible. There's a ton of different floorplans - and there's a lot to like. The design choices are really unique since the builders are Danish. I've had a lot of experience with Kizhan since he helped me at a different building few years back. Kizhan is really detailed, thorough and responds quickly. The best leasing agent I've ever worked with. Since he's at Kaye - I trust that the service here is top notch.

We toured The Kaye Apartments today and had such an amazing experience! Autumn was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to show us around. We even brought our puppy, Archer, and he completely fell in love with her (which tells you everything you need to know). She was so kind and engaging, and made the tour feel easy, fun, and personal. From the moment we walked in, the leasing team greeted us with big smiles and such positive energy—it immediately felt like a place where people truly enjoy what they do. The amenities are fantastic, and the rooftop and lounge space are top notch—beautifully designed and somewhere you can actually picture yourself spending time. We toured a couple of two-bedroom options and wow—the layouts were impressive. The design is modern, the space felt open and functional, and it gave us so much more room than we expected. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I’m excited for this next chapter and The Kaye is definitely at the top of our list!

I’ve had a great experience living at Kaye Apartments so far. The apartment layouts are exceptionally well thought out. My unit has no awkward pillars or obstructions in the middle of the room, which makes the space feel open, functional, and easy to furnish. The in-unit furnishings are beautiful and practical, especially the bookcase and dining table. The amenities really set Kaye apart. The gym is well equipped, the rooftop has stunning, unblocked views of the Puget Sound and Space Neddle, and the lower-level lounge is has a great collection of board games. There’s a dedicated pet bathing area as well. The leasing team has been incredibly helpful, and my move-in experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Fun fact: the building has a rich history, it was once a recording studio where bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Audioslave, and R.E.M recorded. There are coffee table books and subtle nods to this music history throughout the common areas, which adds a unique and special vibe to the building.
