Amli ARC is a very secured neighborhood and I love that we are a part of it. I also appreciate that they (concierge, leasing and maintenance team) treat their residents very well and accomodate our concerns and maintenance requests urgently. Also, Ashish is very nice and would take time explaining things to you as well if you have any concerns regarding the apartment!

I lived at Amli Arc for a year and really enjoyed my time here. The amenities are practical, well-maintained, and have a warm, lived-in feel. The leasing office and concierge are always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is super nice and efficient—most work orders were completed within just a few hours. Move-out was smooth with no unexpected charges. While it may not be the newest building in SLU, living here is both convenient and comfortable. Of the three apartments I’ve lived in around SLU, this has been my favorite. Highly recommend!

Ashish is super helpful during move-in and gave us a great walkthrough of everything! When our washer/dryer started leaking at midnight, the maintenance team came right away and got it fixed. Ashish even followed up the next day to make sure everything was good!

Amli Arc has been a very clean, premium, and well put together building for me the last two years. I especially wanted to shout out Lola on the leasing team - she was able to help me find a new room on a higher floor and make the move in process seamless. Thank you Lola and team for continuing to look out and engage with current residents, not just new ones.

The maintenance team is fantastic! Many times, they get things fixed within 24 hours of submitting a request. Ashish has been highly professional — the best maintenance staff I’ve encountered across all the apartments I’ve lived in.
