We unequivocally recommend Tower 12 apartments for those seeking comfortable, secure high-rise living in Seattle. Having recently completed our first six months in the Tower 12 community, we want to share that our experience has been exceptional, as our expectations have consistently been met or exceeded by all members of the staff here. From our visiting and leasing experiences to the maintenance team that responds quickly and works efficiently, the entire staff is friendly, well-trained, highly respectful and always responsive. The concierge crew deserves special recognition, as they keep residents’ operations running smoothly with pickups, deliveries, communications, regular community events, etc. … The building and its facilities are also top-notch. Our apartment fixtures are superior to most apartment furnishings, and the same can be said for the equipment in the fitness center and other commons areas. And finally, there are the views and sunsets! Whether from the rooftop terrace, the fitness center or other commons’ areas, the views are among the best anywhere. It’s hard to imagine any better option for downtown living.

After living at Tower12 for the past two years, we spent some time deciding whether to move or renew for another year. One of the main reasons we chose to stay was the improvement we’ve seen in the building, especially since Aizah became the manager. She has made a real difference in the overall resident experience. Communication feels better, issues are handled with more care, and the building feels like it’s moving in a positive direction. We’re happy we decided to renew, and Aizah was definitely a big part of that decision. I would gladly recommend Tower12 to anyone looking for a place to call home!

We’ve been living at Tower12 for two years, and after considering whether to move or renew, we decided to stay for another year. A big part of that decision was the positive change we’ve seen since Aizah Bogert joined the team, and especially since she became the manager. The building has improved noticeably, particularly in how residents are treated and how issues are handled. We really appreciate the work she’s done, and because of that, we’d feel comfortable recommending Tower12 to anyone looking for a new home.

This building is great! I have toured so many buildings in Seattle and looked at both rentals and condos for purchase. This building was originally built as a high end condo but converted to apartments, so the appliances and build are very high end. The walls and ceiling are thick, and I cannot hear my neighbors. I have really enjoyed living here and renewed my lease again recently. Downtown is not perfect, but living close to the water and walkable restaurants is a big draw. City life energizes me. I have always felt very safe and secure in this building and never had issues with my parked car (2 levels of security gates and 24 hour video monitoring from security team). The amenities have been top notch, and the views are incredible. I genuinely feel a tinge of pride when my friends come to visit and universally take pictures of the views. The cost is not cheap, but the price for what you get is actually a strong value proposition, especially in comparison to some of the alternative buildings. Maintenance is great, and the staff are fantastic. Christina is especially cheerful and helpful— she genuinely wants you to have an amazing experience. Packages are sorted in lockers, and things feel tidy and well-oiled. All in all, this is the best building in which I have resided and the best value based on my level of day-to-day happiness.

Gorgeous building, with friendly staff, and truly stellar sunset views. The rooftop makes for a perfect summer grill-and-chill spot, or a workout with a view! By the way, did I mention the views? They’re pretty rad! This is a well built building, you’re not going to hear your neighbors through the walls. A/C is a blessing on those hot summer days. The only downside? The elevators can be a bit of a wait during “rush hour,” though that just gives a few moments to catch up with your neighbors, and meet everyone’s pups 🤠 PS: Having a deli/bodega in the building makes living so convenient!
