I lived in the Victor for a year, and I moved out 6 months ago. Since the building is fairly new, it’s a pretty nice building overall. But I noticed a lot of dust coming in through the vents all the time, which was awful since I’m allergic to pollen and a clean freak. The elevator would be down from time to time, and the key fob would stop working once in a while. And when you move out, don’t worry about cleaning up. After I moved out, I spent 2 hours cleaning up the place before handing back the keys. They had the audacity to charge me $250 for a couple of items that had been left behind, and I just paid a debt collector for that charge. The spots in parking garage are not reserved spots, so you always have to battle to figure out where to park. It can be challenging if you drive a large vehicle and have to park in tight spots. I also hated how some people with bikes would just leave them in car spots taking up space when there are no reserved spots. I’ll give them a neutral review. Not the best or worst living experience. It was just OK.

I moved into the Victor 9 months ago and it has been a phenomenal experience! My apartment is lovely, I feel so safe and at home here. I love the amenity spaces - it has been so fun hosting parties here 😊 Brandon is such a wonderful steward of the community! He always takes the time to make sure everything is going well and has created a wonderful community spirit through fun building-hosted events. Such a great place to live.

I’ve had a really good experience living at The Victor, and Brandon has been a big part of that. He’s super responsive, easy to work with, and things actually get taken care of when you reach out. It makes a noticeable difference having someone who’s on top of things and clearly cares about how the building is run. Easily one of the best property management experiences I’ve had in Seattle!

I was planning on keeping this apartment one of my hidden gems, but the staff here is just too amazing not to shout out. While there are hardly any problems at this building, the leasing team is such a pleasure to interact with regardless - especially Brandon, who by himself is a plus of living here!
