After becoming empty nesters and selling our family home; wanting a change of pace and scenery, we found The Residences at Rainier Square. After touring many apartments buildings, it became very clear that the Residences was a little different in terms of offering a premium living experience. Yes, the building is beautiful. Yes, the apartments are perfectly appointed. Yes, the views are stunning. However, what elevates your experience living here is the staff. Kya was my first point of contact and from our first interaction, even though it was a little chaotic on my side moving house, the level of professionalism she offered , really trying to understand our needs was next level. When visiting the building as prospective tenants and after moving in and meeting more of the team, Bryce, Melinda, Anthony, Mike, Jesus and Jose (I know I have missed people, but everyone is great) you realize you are living in a community that offers so much in terms of attention to detail, professionalism and ensuring your needs are met. It’s a really feels like a concierge level of service and you are living in a 5 star resort.

The experience at Rainier Square Residences has been an incredible! The building itself is stunning — from the breathtaking views to the modern amenities and beautifully maintained spaces. But what truly makes this place stand out is the concierge team. Melinda, Tashaun, Dori, and Ian go above and beyond every single day. They’re professional, friendly, and always eager to help — whether it’s assisting with deliveries, coordinating guest access, or greeting residents with a warm smile. Their exceptional service and genuine care create a welcoming and elevated living experience. I highly recommend Rainier Square Residences to anyone looking for luxury living with a personal touch in the heart of Seattle!

I love living here. My unit and the views make being home a treat every day. The staff is super friendly and efficient - Jaxon is awesome at his job and always a pleasure to talk with. Being able to have access to a gorgeous conference room and tons of great work spaces on the amenities floor is also a huge plus for my work life. A lot of people complain about Fetch, but I’ve only had one issue in the 9 months I’ve been here and they resolved it. For the most part, everything about living here is easy and lovely. Highly recommend for high level downtown living.

Kya, the leasing manager, who guided us through the tour was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable in a way that felt authentic. We were visiting from California and she made us feel completely at home. She understood not just the property, but the lifestyle and community it’s meant to support. What stood out most was her ability to create an ambiance during the tour where we could imagine ourselves living there, and helped us envision what it would be like to plant roots in Seattle. Even after touring several apartments, this one stayed with us purely because of how the experience made us feel. We will absolutely be bookmarking The Residences at Rainier for our the future home. This is a remarkable community. Thank you Kya!

Definitely consider the residences at rainier square! Moving from out of state came to tour this property absolutely stunning finishes. I had a tour with Kya but got a chance to meet Aileena the general manager, both very sweet and helpful. Looking forward to moving this summer and spending time at the next level rooftop lounge. If you’re considering a move to the beautiful Seattle area, consider this your next home!
