We’ve been living here for more than a year now. The administration has been great throughout our time here. The building is always clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff are consistently friendly and professional. The leasing office is very helpful and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. Maintenance has also been excellent, they usually come almost right away after we submit a ticket. We’re very happy with our experience so far!

Dave Jackson the Stratus Seattle Maintenance Technician ll was great! First he was able to come the same day we requested service re the garbage disposal in our son’s apartment & other than quickly solving the issue he was the nicest most personable young man! Thank you Dave & Stratus!

I love living at stratus! The staff is all warm and friendly, I’ve never lost a package, and I always feel safe! Gerry and Sebastian in particular are the best maintenance team they take the best care of residents and their homes!

The move-in process at Stratus is very smooth, even for those leasing without an in-person tour. Savannah, one of the leasing assistants, is very responsive and helpful throughout, making the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free. She also left some welcome chocolates on my move-in day, which was a thoughtful touch!
