I appreciated the air conditioning, in unit W/D & pet friendly community. Jennifer Maggs & Chantal were both amazing managers. They were professional & helpful when I brought issues to their attention. Maintenance was quick to resolve issues and kind as well, Josh Anderson was great. I never had to wait too long for repairs. The amenities were lacking though, the dog run was a tiny rock pit, often dirty due to other residents not picking up after their dogs. the gym was very small with poor ventilation (broken HVAC for months) The view from the roof was beautiful. I would still recommend it if you’re looking for housing in first hill.

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

Have been living here for over a year, and it's great. Residents are nice and friendly, the building is safe, and is super convenient to both i5 and i90. The front desk team is great with making package retrieval seamless, and keeping the rest of the building put together. They've gone above and beyond more than once for me (special shoutouts to Jessica/Jennifer). The maintenance team is quick to respond, and generally proactive in taking care of the building, so it stays a nice place to live - shoutouts Josh Anderson in particular 🙏 Also like most places on the hill, this is a very LGBT friendly place to be.

I’ve only been living at Sentral First Hill for two months, but I already feel at home here. Jennifer, Jessica, and Chantal have been so helpful from the very beginning, and the maintenance staff is truly outstanding—always friendly, respectful, and incredibly quick to respond (usually within 24 hours, if not sooner). One thing I really appreciate is how well the property is maintained. While waiting for my desk delivery, I spent a week working in the beautiful coworking space downstairs, and every morning I noticed the maintenance crew cleaning the floors, office areas, weight room, elevator, and main lobby. It showed me that Sentral truly cares about the cleanliness and overall experience of the building. The rooftop is another highlight—I often go up there to watch the sunset. There’s always a spot to sit, and I love the fireplace and grill, especially in the summer. My packages have always been delivered safely with no issues, which gives me peace of mind. Location is perfect—my daughter attends Seattle University, and it’s only a six-minute bike ride away. Honestly, my only regret is not finding this place sooner when I relocated from Arizona. From the attentive move-in experience with Jennifer (so detail-oriented!) to the everyday comfort and convenience, Sentral First Hill has been 5-star living all around. Highly recommend!

My wife and I needed a home away from home for a month while I healed from surgery at Virginia Mason Hospital. The furnished, 2 bedroom appt. at Sentral First Hill was ideal for our purposes. Very quiet safer neighborhood for walking with many dinning options and points of interest. The apartment was well equipped and well maintained. Very kind and attentive staff. Virginia Mason, Swedish, and Harbor View Hospitals within 5-15 minute walk from Sentral. On major express bus line to the waterfront and ferries.
