I have been living here for three years and am now moving into my fourth year. I’ve really enjoyed my time here. The residents in the building are generally very respectful, and the maintenance team is extremely responsive—usually coming to fix issues the next day. The view from my east-facing unit is incredible: the downtown skyline, the clean white roof of the Seattle Convention Center, colorful Capitol Hill houses, and even partial views of the Cascade Mountains. The building also cleans the exterior windows every year, which helps maintain the view. The decoration and amenities in the common areas are aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully designed, with great functionality as well. The LuxerOne package system works conveniently and reliably. I also like the gym. Although it is small, it has essential free weights including benches and a rack, a cable machine, and a few other machines. For an apartment gym, it is already top-tier. I only wish it were located on the top floor, but I understand that noise would probably be a major concern. The 24-hour concierge is another highlight. They are always friendly and make you feel welcome when you come home. Special thanks to the concierge staff—especially the lady (sorry I’m terrible at remembering names) who made special notes for my plants while I was away. Finally, thanks to the leasing office associate, Meryem Alkan, who has always been responsive and helpful with any leasing questions or requests. She and the rest of the team have also done a great job helping take care of my plants for about two months each year while I travel abroad. Their service—such as helping take care of plants and even cats—is incredibly valuable for someone like me who would be away for months.

​​I’ve lived at Premiere on Pine for nine years and still love calling it home. The location is perfect since it's centrally located. My apartment is spacious and modern, with a lot of closet space. And the rooftop is a great place to relax and take in the incredible views. The entire staff is very friendly and they provide high quality service across the board. I just completed my lease renewal and want to give a big thank you to Katie, Ryan, and Meryem for their assistance throughout the process. They worked with me to provide a great offer that showed how much they value my long tenure here. Additionally, the maintenance team is always prompt to respond whenever issues arise. Byran and Joel are a delight and ensure everything is fully resolved. It’s truly a wonderful place to live!

We have lived here for more than a year now. It is always a delight to us when walking out of the apartment, feeling the vibe of the building, meeting the staff and having fun chats. They are more like friends to us now. Kiona and Joel are the most professional and helpful! We have no idea how will we live here without them. Byron leads maintenance team well, being VERY responsible and supportive. We got our appliances fixed or changed literally stress-free. Meryem picks things up really quickly. She has been doing an excellent job, meanwhile taking care of all the chores of the building. Of course Katie is the key person of the building, I guess without her everything won’t work so smoothly. All three Christmas trees are so pretty this year. I like the white one on 40th floor the most, as shown in P1. P2 is an event held by building that has yummy free food. Only if we could get a better espresso machine… PoP can literally beat ANY building in downtown Seattle, I mean it!

Loved every second of my stay here. Stayed here for six days and it was a 10/10! The staff was honestly some of the friendliest I’ve encountered — not in a forced, corporate way, just genuinely warm and helpful people. Any time I needed something they were on it, and they always made you feel like you weren’t a bother. Little things like that go a long way. The place was super clean too, which I always appreciate. Common areas, the unit, everything was well kept and tidy the whole time. You could tell it wasn’t just a one-time thing because the building is clearly maintained with care on a daily basis. Location-wise, I mean… you can’t really do better in Seattle. Having the Paramount right across the street was such a vibe, and being able to walk everywhere made the trip so much easier. Pike Place, Capitol Hill, downtown — all right there. I never thought about needing a car the whole time. Overall it just checked every box — great staff, great amenities, clean, comfortable, and in the perfect spot. If you’re staying in Seattle, do yourself a favor and stay here! Meryem was incredibly kind and polite with us 🥹 She gave us a detailed tour, answered all our questions, and we immediately knew that we wanted to live here. Everything is very clean, the apartments are in excellent condition, all the appliances are new, and the location is perfect. The common areas are awesome. We’ve just moved in, but we’re already sure that we will be very satisfied here.
