Best property management we've ever experienced and we've moved tons across states and countries! If you're tired of impersonal property management who don't care about such an important event in your life like moving to a new city, look no further. Aaron, Angela, and Victor treat you like a person, not a tenant. The management here is trustworthy, down-to-Earth, and do everything they can to make your move as smooth as possible. Plus the unit is impeccable and we couldn't be happier!

I’m in the process of relocating from Canada and Miles has been such a HUGE support in this transition! Communication has been quick, transparent and incredibly considerate. Super excited to be moving into the building.

I recently moved into Metroline and have had a great experience so far. The current property manager, Brandon, has been incredibly accommodating and very responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. Whenever I have had an issue, he has promptly sent over maintenance, and everything has been resolved in a timely manner. The neighbors who I've come across are very quiet and friendly, which has made for a peaceful living environment. We are lucky to have such a nice view from our unit. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to move here and highly recommend it, especially for those who work in the area.

Metro Line Flats sent a $200 move-out fee to IQ Data International, a debt collection agency, without ever notifying me. It was reported to the credit bureaus unfairly and caused unnecessary stress. Extremely unprofessional.

I moved to this apartment 3 months ago and I rate my experience a 10 out of 10. Julie is a superb manager that gets things done. Not only is she professional but also a sincere and trustful person. I only had the most delightful interactions with the management team throughout my stay. The unit is clean and modern and has plenty of storage space for an entire family. The common area is always kept tidy and fresh for the residents. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of major transportation. I would 100% recommend this place if you want a modern place to live with a great management team that does their best to make residents stay as comfortable as possible.
