VeeMarie 2 months agoI want to compliment Katie and the new Cielo management for helping me with a problem that the old management could not resolve. My 1-bedroom 24th floor apartment with a view of Mt. Ranier is very comfortable and lovely with lots of closet space, a spacious modern kitchen, a small balcony, floor to ceiling windows, beautiful easy-to-maintain woodlook floors, and stacked washer and dryer. I think Cielo is experiencing a renaissance with their new staff.
Jennifer Ziranda 8 months agoThis property is such a beautiful one. I went for a tour and upon arrival I saw trash upon trash right outside the building, then went into the garage and the was more trash, it looked like an encampment in there, level P5 was flooded. The apartments I looked that were disgusting. The team there either doesn’t care about the building or I don’t know but, just because they have killer views doesn’t mean that everyone will live there, while doing my solo tour 2 residents told me to run from that place. Service requests take forever to get done according to those residents. The leasing professional was unprofessional, when I asked him for his name he said “nonea” as in none of my business, i didn’t say anything rude to him I was friendly. At the end of the tour the leasing associate was nice and, ensured that if I had questions to call them back. The leasing associate is not the reason I chose to not rent; it was all the other issues. The only reason they are offering 6-8 weeks free is because no one wants to live there. Looks like Brookfield properties either don’t care, or they hired the wrong team. The vandalism in the area and the amount of homelessness in the area makes this property a -5 star. If the building looks like that on the exterior, I can’t imagine what the fire life safety is like. I don’t live there, and I’d say run away also, can’t risk living in a place that feels like doesn’t care about their residents. The worst property I’ve toured. I have added images of the garage and the apartments I toured. A heads up that the apartments weren’t ready would have been nice.
Nicole 4 months agoI recently moved in and noticed that a few areas of the flooring were coming up. I reported it to maintenance and was impressed by how quickly they responded. Someone came by the same day to assess the issue, and it was fully repaired within the next two days. The team was professional, responsive, and efficient, which made a great first impression. I really appreciate how seriously they took the concern and how quickly they resolved it!
india a month agoWe’ve had a great experience living at Cielo Apartments. The leasing team has been friendly, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth and easy. The apartment itself is beautiful, with modern finishes, lots of natural light, and a layout that feels comfortable and functional. The building is well maintained, and the amenities are a nice bonus. The location is also a huge plus. It’s easy to get downtown, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transit options nearby. Overall, we’re really happy here and would definitely recommend Cielo to anyone looking for a great place to live in a convenient location.
Monika Pawar 5 months agoI moved in last year expecting a comfortable, well-managed building, but my experience has been nothing but frustrating. During the summer, my AC did not work for three entire months. Despite repeated complaints, management — especially one staff member — was consistently arrogant, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. There were no updates, no timelines, and no follow-ups. They simply wrote things down and ignored the problem while residents were left suffering through extreme heat. Then winter came, and the issues got worse. There was no hot water for over a month, and the elevators are constantly breaking down. One day, all three elevators were out, which made daily life absolutely miserable, especially for anyone with mobility issues or heavy groceries. Even when hot water worked, it was dangerously hot and impossible to regulate — turning the tap to cold still brought scalding water. Repairs take forever, and small maintenance issues pile up endlessly. This building has serious infrastructure problems and even worse management. Living here has been stressful, exhausting, and disappointing. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, and I regret choosing this place.
