I’ve had a really great experience with the maintenance team here, especially Chris. He’s always been very responsive and quick to help whenever something comes up. He fixed a window issue in my apartment much faster than I expected, and when my fridge suddenly stopped working, he was kind enough to squeeze in an urgent request and get it taken care of right away. What I appreciate most is that he clearly cares about residents and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him. He’s always polite, respectful, and easygoing, and it makes a stressful situation feel much easier. Really grateful for the support.

I love the building location and the amenities. Close to many places by walking, but still quiet and safe. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. My apartment is great. It feels like new. It’s well illuminated and has excellent finishes and equipment. The service from the leasing, concierge, and maintenance staff has been exceptional. I really appreciate Patrick and Regina's help in making my move go smoothly. I'm happy to have made this place my home :)

We toured the property with Ty and in addition to a first-class viewing of the common areas, amenities and incredible features, the property is overall one of the most impressive we've ever experienced. We are hoping to make it our home at some point, but in the meantime, really were beyond impressed with everything about the Ascent and its wealth of amenities.

Ascent is absolutely blessed to have Jill as part of the maintenance team. She is extremely skilled and makes fast work of any apartment issues. My unit had a concerning issue with the washer/dryer, and she got it up and running again within the same day. Thank you for all your efforts, Jill ! They are both seen and appreciated!! -Carina

The building is well built and maintained. Good noise isolation (good building materials), solid appliances and quick response to maintenance requests. The staff, including leasing office and maintenance crew (thank you Jill!), are fantastic.
