Me and my wife self toured an apartment using their app and self key access. When we opened the door to the apartment however, the nighttime concierge and his partner were sleeping on the floor inside, evidently using it as a free getaway, surprising both us and them. Initially we thought it was a group of unhoused individuals and notified the building’s maintenance worker and the front desk concierge, who told us they’d both heard stories of this happening before. I was contacted after leaving an initial review of this experience and told the concierge has since been fired and assured this had never happened before, but contradicting stories tell contradicting things. As for us, we’ve decided to take our housing search elsewhere.

Excellent customer service! My husband and I came in to schedule a self guided tour and were having some trouble with the system. Juan noticed we weren’t successful and offered to help. He immediately checked his schedule, saw an opening and fit us right in for a tour! He was extremely detailed and knowledgeable of the area and the property. This tour absolutely exceeded our expectations.

A $750 utilities bill for the smallest 400 Sq ft. One bedroom for just 1 month where only 2 people were living. This repeated for other months as well. The utilities bill was between $450-350 vs other properties where the monthly bill is $120-$150 for a 2b2b in seattle. All 5 star reviews posted were requested by Ashish who is the maintenance guy- saying we need more good reviews. But please go through other reviews where you can actually understand the reality of staying at this property.

Ashish is punctual, professional, and very respectful of the space. He quickly identified the problem and explained what he was doing while fixing it, which I appreciated. The repair was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and in good condition afterward. It’s always reassuring to have someone reliable and skilled handling maintenance requests. Thank you for the excellent service!

recently worked with Jon Hart to come onsite and teach a hands-on class / workshop for residents related to general houseplant care. It was really great working with Jon, and other onsite staff who were all incredibly helpful. You can tell that the staff truly care about throwing fun and engaging events for residents in a way that builds community! I would absolutely work with this team again!
