Sabine Street Lofts has been my home for almost 2 years. Never have I lived in a better place. I love the community we have at Sabine Street. Thanks in large part to the amazing staff. Barbara Rivera has the experience and personality to make residents feel seen and cared for. Our management team is warm, caring and highly responsive. The maintenance staff cares for the residents with almost immediate responses when a need arises..large or small. I'm proud to call this home and thrilled to call the staff my friends!

Mr. William Johnson from maintenance is amazing! He is very respectful and nice and always gets things done as soon as I put a request! I love this apartment complex everyone here is amazing office staff and maintenance staff❤️

I’m coming up on almost 3 years of living here, and I can honestly say it has been such a wonderful experience. A huge reason for that is the incredible staff, especially Barbara and Stephanie. They consistently go above and beyond in ways that I’ve genuinely never experienced before from an apartment community. One of my favorite parts of living here is stopping by the office because they always create such a positive and friendly environment. You can tell they truly care about the residents and work hard to make this community feel like home.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for the past five years, across two different units, starting with an 18-month lease and later transitioning to 12-month renewals. Over that time, I’ve seen the property go through its ups and downs, but I can confidently say that the overall experience has improved in a meaningful and noticeable way. One of the biggest positive changes has been the revamp of the amenities. While there were periods where things didn’t feel as well-maintained or updated, management has clearly invested in upgrades, and the improvements are now evident. The community feels more polished, and the shared spaces are more enjoyable and functional than before. A major reason I’ve continued to renew my lease is the consistency and professionalism of the staff—especially Barbara. She has been excellent throughout the years, always helpful during my renewal process, responsive to concerns, and proactive when it comes to maintenance requests. Having someone reliable and approachable like her makes a big difference in the overall living experience. I actually renewed for another 12-month lease just last week, which speaks to the level of comfort and trust I’ve built here over time. This community has shown a willingness to improve, and that, combined with strong staff support, has made it worth staying long-term.

I moved in just over a week ago and I love it already. Truly the perfect area and amenities are *chefs kiss*. Upon move in, we did have some issues with A/C, but Clarence came and helped us out within 30 minutes! Not to mention, for a couple other things we needed help with, he came and helped with urgency and friendliness. 10/10 service truly, from him and the rest of the staff, including Daisy!
