I lived at Camden for two years, and it has truly been an amazing place to call home. The staff is very friendly, maintenance is quick and efficient, and the team does a great job keeping the building clean. Special shoutout to Bouba, one of the best concierge, and Adrian, who helped with my move-in and move-out process to make it as stress free as possible. I’m only leaving because I’m relocating, otherwise I would have happily stayed longer. I’ve always felt very safe here and genuinely don’t have many complaints. I highly recommend this building to anyone considering it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rita at Camden Downtown Houston has been absolutely amazing. From day one, she has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and always follows through on what she says. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Rita stands out. She is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been pleasant, and it’s clear she truly cares about creating a great experience for residents. Camden is fortunate to have someone like Rita on their team. Thank you for everything you do and for making a difference every day! Highly recommend!

Ria is amazing!!! The tour felt like I was at home before I even applied. She is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. No stone left unturned- she tells you everything and answered all of our questions. She went above and beyond and because of HER I am excited to apply for this place.

She thoroughly explained all available apartment options and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I had a great time touring with Ria. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She ensured that she showed me the best apartments for my budget. I definitely will consider making this apartment my next move! If you haven’t toured here already, i would suggest adding this apartment to your list.
