I’ve really enjoyed living here. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and I feel safe, which is really important to me. The downtown location is also super convenient and close to everything I need. Maintenance is quick and reliable, and the concierge, Richard & Ro are THE BEST — consistently helpful and professional. Marlene and Mahi are amazing as well. They’re always responsive and easy to work with whenever anything comes up. Overall, the building runs smoothly and meets all my needs. The only small improvements I can think of are the amenities, updating the gym and extending valet hours would be nice. I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend living here.

I was so amazed! I stopped by this building to just look, I was greeted by a beautiful young lady, IMANI, that was courteous,professional & gracious. After her presentation, I was convinced that this was my new future home. This has been one of the best decisions I have made, moving into Aris at Market Square. A very clean & secure building. Imani continues to provide great customer service as I always have a few questions and/or needs. What better place to live but in downtown Houston.

Closer to downtown Houston with a ~5 min walk to most corporate offices. We’ve enjoyed our stay and hope the rent doesn’t shoot up with the incoming soccer world cup. Only major consideration while choosing Aris Market square should be its proximity to the Main St., which is both a boon and a bane. Lol! Boon cuz it keeps stone-throw away from my office but gets loud during the weekend - Fri/Sat/Sun. Especially the apartments that face the Main St. So if you are more susceptible to sound, go for the ones not facing towards the Main. We are very susceptible to the sound yet chose to be on the Main St. in a 2Bed because of nice floor design nad breathtaking views of downtown through floor-to-ceiling glass windows (which I wish were cleaned more often though lol). Other than that, the staff is phenomenal, Rotley, Imani, and other folks at the reception are super nice and warm. There have been multiple instances where Rotley’s happy and energetic face has lifted up my not-so-well going day.

I recently visited Aris Market Square in downtown Houston as I’m considering relocating, and I have to say this experience was incredible. Coming from south of downtown, I was a little hesitant about walking into a city high-rise. I’ve heard great things about Aris, but downtown can feel intimidating at times. That all changed the moment I walked in. The moment you enter, you are greeted by a warm aroma that instantly sets the tone. The intentional and artistic design of the space is stunning…the marble walls, carefully chosen color schemes, elegant flooring, and alluring furniture make you feel the thought and care behind every detail. The ambient music paired with the electric fireplace created an environment that immediately put me at ease. At the welcome desk, I met Imani and Chelsea. Imani introduced herself warmly and asked what brought me in. When I realized her name means faith, it immediately resonated with me, and the interaction set the entire tone for my visit. Imani has a way of making you feel welcomed, safe, and aligned with the moment. Her warmth, her presence, and her ability to naturally guide a conversation made me feel like I belonged in the space. She truly elevated the experience. As we toured the building and available units, the views of downtown Houston were breathtaking. The luxurious amenities (the pool, the gym, the downstairs food court and the community/lounge spaces) all contribute to the sense that this is more than a home; it’s a lifestyle. I left feeling inspired, aligned, and at peace with the possibility of calling this space home. I cannot say enough about Imani and the way she made the visit so personal and memorable. This is truly one-of-one high-rise living in Houston. If you are considering relocating downtown or anywhere in Houston, I highly recommend visiting Aris Market Square and asking for Imani. Five stars across the board.
