Pearl Rosemont is a great, clean, quiet, and well kept community. The staff is thoughtful and accommodating, most notably Nona (Naureen Ahmed Leyva), one of the leasing agents. She truly goes above and beyond for residents throughout the application process. We were navigating a move from across the country, and she was incredibly patient, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made everything feel much less stressful and far easier to manage. She communicated extensively so that nothing was left uncertain and made us feel at home. She took the time to show us multiple units to help us find the perfect fit and answered every question thoroughly. I would highly recommend working with her if you are looking for a leasing agent at Pearl Rosemont!

You can immediately tell she’s an experienced leasing consultant who truly knows her craft. Nona was informative, precise, and patient with every question I had. She didn’t just show me an apartment — she walked me through the entire lifestyle of living at Pearl Rosemont. Every detail was explained clearly, from amenities to floor plans, and she made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. What stood out most was her energy and knowledge. She was confident without being pushy, personable without being unprofessional, and thorough without overwhelming me. I toured here with full intentions on moving is, solely because of my experience with the leasing agent Nonna. She was INCREDIBLE. Very welcoming, truly listened to me when I gave her specifics on what I was looking for & she jumped right on it. She was very knowledgeable & really gave me a sense of care. Unfortunately I went with another property due to rates. However, I definitely would’ve chosen this property due to her & the beauty of the property.

I’ve lived at Pearl Rosemont for three months and am truly enjoying the experience. A huge thank you to Nona, my tour guide, who was incredibly positive and helpful through at least four different tours before I moved in! ​Everything in the building is excellent: ​Concierge & Safety: The team does a great job helping residents and monitoring the desk cameras to keep everything secure. ​Deliveries: The locked mailroom is fantastic—I’ve had no issues with my mail or packages. ​Leasing & Maintenance: The building is always clean and active with great resident events. ​I haven't had a single problem and am looking forward to staying here!
