Love love love living at One Park Place. The staff is great. Love Tamara❤️. Morgan is cool. Noehmy is lovely. And Lina is a great new addition. They really care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. The concierge and valet are top teir. Finally the maintenance staff is exceptional and fast.

Tamara is a very warm and welcoming leasing professional. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. What really stood out to me is that she knows many of the residents by name, which says a lot about the level of care and community in the building. We were walk-ins, and even though she had another scheduled appointment coming up, she still took the time to show us as much as she could. The floor plans she showed us were gorgeous, and the staging throughout the units and common areas was beautifully done. I’ll definitely be coming back to film more of the layouts because the spaces really deserve a closer look. The entire team made the experience wonderful. Qusai at the concierge desk and Rahuan with valet were extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped us connect with Tamara when we arrived and were just as friendly when we left. The staff here really creates a sense of community. The amenities are excellent — the media room, rooftop pool, and resident work areas are all beautifully designed and very inviting. The floor plan layouts and spacing are thoughtfully architected and feel very comfortable. If you have a demanding career, busy schedule, or active life, this feels like the kind of place you’d want to come home to in order to rest and rejuvenate. One thing I appreciated is that the building doesn’t offer studios — instead, many of the one-bedroom homes include full studies, which are real rooms rather than just a desk built into the wall. Each residence also includes a washer and dryer, dry bar area, and high-quality finishes made from real natural materials rather than artificial or synthetic surfaces. Located next to Discovery Green, One Park Place Houston offers beautiful skyline and park views along with a strong sense of community. Highly recommend touring the property and meeting the team.

I’ve lived here for three months now and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing. The concierge team makes me feel so safe. They really take good care of us. Everything is so convenient. My apartment views are beautiful and I’m so happy to call this place home. I look forward to coming home each day.

I would like to share our appreciation for the maintenance team, especially Chief Engineer Terry Marks. Terry is always quick to respond to our repair requests with a positive, professional approach. His knowledge and reliability truly stand out, and we are grateful for the ongoing support he and his entire team provide. Additionally, management of this facility is excellent, and the professionalism of the entire staff (office, concierge, and valet} reflects that. Their attentiveness and genuine care make a meaningful difference in our experience.

Revised review: This luxury building, though impressive in its features, falls short in the management department. Excessive charges for electricity and water are a recurring issue, and security deposits are not returned as promised. While the building offers amenities such as a spacious swimming pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, and open spaces, the pool's frequent closures can be frustrating. Some apartments do offer a pleasant city view, but it's important to note that the tenant community is a mix of friendly and peculiar individuals. Proceed with caution, as there have been ongoing issues with scams in this building. Given these concerns, I do not recommend this property.
