Hey just stopping by let people that Marquis Enclave staff is amazing. Starting with office Manager I didn't get the beautiful lady very helpful polite and smiling very patient with me. Helping me to set up my phone this is truly something new to me. Mr. Que I know Ms. Kelley was a handful. Thank you so much truly appreciate you reaching out to me when I did not know what to do and to my daughter. Mr. Que are amazing customer service overtop.When I say everytime I talked to Mr. Que polite talking always yes ma'am no ma'am no worries I gotta you. Last but not lease Mr. Que before he went on vacation send my daughter and I nice text message on everything I needed to complete my move In Date. Y'all its gets even better and amazing I never saw my new apartment .My daughter was helping me with everything. My daughter got a chance to see the models apartments and sent the videos to me. Yesterday was my move in day I was so nervous but Mr.Derrick was so patient with me once again been very polite saying yes ma'am no ma'am. Customer service overtop an amazing smiling and handling business in the office on top of that getting me into my new apartment. Y'all walking into my new apartment omg I was so amazing my eyes light up!!!!!!!!!!! I trusted the progress Mr.Que it was a pleasure meeting you in person thank you so much again truly appreciate you and the team for making my Move In amazing. If you're looking for a new home stop at the Marquis Enclave in Houston Texas. P.S. Mr.Que I love my apartment you that. It's call trustworthy

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've really enjoyed living at Marquis Enclave. The property is kept up well, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed anything. Recently, I put in a maintenance request and Derrick, the property manager, was great to work with. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure my issue was taken care of quickly. It's nice to know that when something comes up, there are people here who genuinely care and are willing to help. Overall, it's been a positive experience living here. The community is quiet, the staff is responsive, my apartment is spacious, overall I’m satisfied!

Our leasing process has been absolutely amazing and something that I have not found anywhere else. Tyree has gone above and beyond throughout the entire process keeping us up to date and helping us with any troubles that arose. Marquis Enclave is a beautiful apartment complex and Tyree has exceptionally demonstrated the staff members customer service and attention to detail. From the first tour to helping us with the leasing applications everything has been amazing. Tyree is a transparent leasing agent who values and emphasizes the community that Marquis Enclave offers and that is what makes the apartment all the better. I'm sure that deciding to move to Marquis Enclave is the right decision.

‼️This apartment was by far the worst living experience I’ve ever had. My unit had a SEVERE TERMITE infestation, with droppings all over the walls, windows, and floor, and management did almost nothing to fix it. They tried to gaslight me into thinking it was “just my unit,” but based on what I saw by the stairs, I’m confident the entire BUILDING 4 was infested. To make matters worse, my AC unit stopped working during this time, and instead of replacing it, they put a temporary unit in the same termite-infested room and expected me to live like that. I began having serious respiratory issues from the conditions and was forced to move out for my health. When I asked for a different unit, management told me I’d either have to pay more or downsize due to “market rate changes.” They even went so far as to threaten that if I involved a lawyer, they wouldn’t do anything to help me. After I finally broke my lease, they rushed to put my unit back online without properly addressing the infestation and still charged me a cleaning fee. No compensation was ever offered for what I went through, and they made the entire process as difficult and stressful as possible. The management here is dishonest, unprofessional, and has no concern for tenant safety. Save yourself the stress, money, and health issues—do not move here. This was 4305, pls for your health and own good don’t move in!!

I have lived at this apartment complex for the past 5 years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. The staff has always been incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they have gone above and beyond to help and make me feel valued as a resident. The maintenance team is also outstanding — requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and with such professionalism. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in keeping the property beautiful and well-maintained. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, comfortable, and feel like home. The living conditions are wonderful, and the surrounding area is such a fun and nice place to live with plenty to do nearby. After five years here, I can confidently say this has been one of the best places I’ve ever lived. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and well-managed place to call home!
