I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The management team is responsive, professional and always quick to address any maintenance requests. The property is well-maintained, clean and feels safe and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community to live in.

We really wanted to love living at this community because it truly has a lot going for it. The property itself is beautiful, the apartments are modern, and the amenities are nice. One of the biggest positives for us was security, we had a very good relationship with the security team and always found them professional, respectful, and responsive. Our experience with the leasing office was generally okay. We especially preferred the staff prior to the change in management, as they seemed more responsive and more familiar with residents. Unfortunately, our overall experience was impacted by several ongoing issues. Despite the property being advertised as smoke-free, we began experiencing persistent marijuana smoke odors inside our apartment starting in November. Management did acknowledge and confirm the odor during a walkthrough, which we appreciated, but the issue was never fully resolved. Communication regarding this issue was limited. Our last response from management was on December 22, and we did not receive any follow-up after that, despite continued concerns through the end of our lease on January 31. Due to the lack of responsiveness and resolution regarding the smoke issue, we fulfilled our full lease term but made the decision to move out of the apartment early. This was especially important due to having a child with respiratory concerns, which made the ongoing smoke exposure difficult for our family. Maintenance response time was another consistent concern throughout our lease. Most maintenance requests took approximately a week to be addressed. At one point, our kitchen sink fell due to a lack of proper support, leaving us unable to use our kitchen for an entire week. On a separate occasion, our dryer stopped working, and that repair also took about a week. These were not minor inconveniences and significantly disrupted daily life. In addition, building operations were inconsistent. It was common for at least one elevator to be out of service at any given time, which made daily routines more difficult. The elevators and common areas also often smelled strongly of dogs. While this is a pet-friendly community and some odor is expected, it was fairly constant. I hope this review helps future residents make an informed decision. This community has potential, but improvements in responsiveness, communication, and overall follow-through would make a significant difference.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and I’ve therefore renewed 4 times. In 5 years I’ve never had a single bug in my apartment and I’ve never experienced any crime. The place looks good and the concrete floor, even though it dulls quick, is nice. Very good insulation or energy efficiency—the electric bill is always low. Big picture I was always proud to show people where I lived and I lived in comfort and style. Cons: The kitchen and bathrooms are way too big, they constitute like 50% of the square footage of my model. The Downtown area seems to be struggling and so the area is not a big destination area. (Lots of restaurants and stores have closed in the past 1-1/2 years.) Luxer Locker is small for the Amazon era.

I toured Eighteen25 Downtown recently and was genuinely impressed. These beautiful skyrise-style apartments feel secure and well thought out, there’s even a designated delivery area for food and groceries, so your packages stay safe. The amenities are excellent: a modern gym, beautiful conference rooms, and a rooftop-style pool that’s perfect for relaxing. They also offer plenty of concierge services, plus a dog bath and park, which is a huge bonus for pet owners. The front desk team was kind and welcoming, and the tour was detailed and professional, a refreshing experience compared to other apartments I’ve visited. If the units were just a bit bigger (or if I could stretch my budget for a larger one), I would 100% sign a lease here. If you’re looking for secure, stylish downtown living with thoughtful perks and friendly staff, definitely give Eighteen25 Downtown a look!

Great place to live! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the amenities are great. The staff is also amazing—especially Saron and Tiffany. They made my move-in process super easy and were incredibly helpful throughout. Definitely recommend!
