Just want to shout out the staff. They performed a unit inspection at our building and Marcus was very nice and explained everything. Very easy to talk to. He even instantly fixed a drawer I had trouble with.

When my partner and I were looking for a new place to live after a very stressful and unfortunate situation we thought there were no good apartments or property management companies left in Dallas until we stumbled upon The Vista, it seemed almost too good to be true! Everything was even better than it seemed online. Stephanie and Sheridan are exceptional at what they do to keep the complex well taken care of and lively. They host community events regularly that actually have you excited to mingle with your neighbors. Maintenance is prompt in taking care of requests, we’ve never had to wait long for things to be fixed. The building is reinforced with concrete so it’s very quiet inside even though it’s in the middle of the city. The apartment layouts are great use of their space with unique functional floor plans and offer beautiful views of the Dallas skyline. We’ve had several at home meals on our balcony with views you couldn’t get at the nicest of restaurants. The location is incredible, we are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, businesses, bars, event centers, grocery stores, public transit - the epitome of city living. The property is safe and secure with fob access, gated underground parking garage, and security cameras around the perimeter and amenities. We have been living here just shy of 4 months and look forward to several more. I don’t typically leave reviews but I can’t recommend enough choosing the Vista as your place to call home!

Beautiful, quite complex. Great location that is close to restaurants and a theatre.. The staff is efficient and Marcus, is fast with work orders and stays on top of any concern I’ve had with my unit. A great place to live!

The Vista is such a beautiful and well kept building. Mrs. Gabriela S. is so professional and always keeps the place clean. It smells amazing there and we also took some pictures of the beautiful lobby.

I lived here for four years and I wish I didn’t have to move. the rooftop heated pool view is enough to make it amazing but the staff was so nice and they do really cool parties for residents. Hopefully one day I can move back!!
