The Peridot Residences are awesome! We love the community. The building security is top notch. The parking garage is also very safe. The finishes are high-end. The views are unbeatable. There is so much to do and going on either in the building or close-by. I’d highly recommend living at Peridot.

Hi everyone! I am writing an honest review about my experience at the Peridot Residence. I have enjoyed everything so far, especially as a newcomer to TX. The security staff is always vigilant, and the restaurants are fantastic. The front office is so kind and helpful, especially one representative/leasing agent in particular named Angie Lopez. Angie goes above and beyond to make residents feel like home. She initially helped me through giving me virtual tours of the apartment complex, personalized communication, and genuine care and interest in my wellbeing. Angie is responsive to all questions and inquiries, professional, and extremely kind when interacting with everyone she meets. She has made my experience excellent and made the Peridot Residence stand out.

My experience at the Peridot thus far has been excellent! The amenities, location, style, security, etc. have all lived up to my expectation before moving in. Kirstin was very helpful throughout the leasing process and with any questions I’ve had since moving. Highly recommend!

It has been a month since I moved out from Peridot and this review is long overdue. The Peridot has to have been the best apartment complex I have ever stayed at. Not just from a luxury perspective, but also from a people standpoint. I have never been dealt with more fairly and with more care. Other apartments are usually greedy, slow to help you, Maintenance usually takes awhile, and they borderline steal from you when it comes to giving you your deposit back at the end of the lease. None of that is the case at Peridot. They are fair in everything they do, maintenance was always within 48 business hours, but usually faster. I was always answered promptly with any questions I had. I can’t recommend living here more. I have to shoutout Kirsten as she was the person we dealt with the most and she did a great job. If you are looking to live in downtown Dallas, there are going to be few that do as good of a job as Peridot.

I recently moved into the Peridot Residences, and my experience has been great. The people are Amazing. More importantly, I want to point out the maintenance guy, Nolan. Nolan has been amazing! Since moving in, we have had minor repairs needed in our unit. Nolan has been quick, efficient, and effective!
