This property is nice. In all seriousness, I toured floor plans at this property and the experience from start to finish was one of the best I've ever had. From the complimentary valet parking my car without issue to the concierge and front desk being warm, inviting, and welcoming, I already had a great feeling about The Victor. The floor plans are spacious and modern, with incredible views of the city. The amenities were top notch, there were things I didn't even know I needed! One look at these floor plans and it's hard not to want to sign right then and there. But I have to give a special shoutout to Zion, probably the standout of the entire tour and a highlight of the whole experience. His personable, charismatic, and honest approach to tours and property management is second to none. I can tell his care is genuine - he seems to know everyone, and the warm relationships he holds with many of the residents speak to the community that The Victor has. Moving to a new state is a huge deal, and he answered all my questions with humor and down-to-earth realism. He's the gold standard, and I'm incredibly grateful I got to tour with him. I'll say it one more time: this property is nice.

The victor is my favorite apartment in Dallas, and I have lived in many apartments some bad some good. The victor is classy, and upscale. Aside from the actual apartment the management staff is amazing. Lena is specific is the best leasing agent I’ve come across, she makes living very simple, every time I encounter her it’s productive and pleasant.

Such an amazing place. We decided to move downtown Dallas from McKinney, and finding the right place took us a little while. But this place, was the BEST choice we could've made. We started by being greeted by the valet people. They had a smile in their faces and even if we didn't live in the building they opened the door for us and made us feel welcomed. Then the next set of smiles came from the concierge, Lilly. Lilly made us feel like we were home without even having signed the lease, she walked us to the leasing office and she told us she hoped we would love the place (and we had already made up our minds to stay) then the third reason we decided to stay was Chantal! Wow... she welcomed us with an amazing attitude, professionalism and knowledge. She gave us the warmest of welcomes we had not felt in our search for a place in the whole downtown and victory park. She showed us the premises, she told us all about what we needed to know about the building, she was very patient, and she worked with us to see what was the best option for us. The leasing process was very easy, and with her assistance and the rest of the staff (Shout out to Lena she's also assisted us with our needs), our moving day was painless. We knew this was the right place since the beginning. The facilities are amazing and very well kept, but want made us stay from the beginning was the PEOPLE and their AMAZING ATTITUDE! Thank you for all your hard work, and please let's keep it that way. I know there are some disgruntled people that take it on social media with their frustration, but come experience it for yourself, and you'll see I'm only speaking the truth! What an amazing view

I’m looking forward to renewing in the coming months! I have never felt of a community vibe in my 10+ years leasing than what I do at The Victor! ALL of the staff (Valets, Conceirge, Leasing office, Maintenance Team) are all very friendly and approachable. All amenities are kept up very well. The dry cleaning & package pick up/drop off process is always seamless.

Living at The Victor has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The building is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it special. The staff is always warm, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. The community feels safe, welcoming, and full of good people. Everything is kept clean and well maintained, and you can really feel the pride they put into the place. I truly loved living there it felt like home in the best way.
