- Four Months Later: The Selene Continues to Impress Four months have passed since my initial review, and I am happy to report that The Selene Luxury Residence continues to exceed expectations. Here are a few updates with sharing. The leadership staff remans professional and consistent. They enforce the apartment rules and regulations, which helps maintain a safe, clean, well-maintained, and smoke-free environment. Something that truly makes a difference in a day-to-day living. The community events are nothing short of amazing. From happy hours with fellow residents to the unforgettable movie night screening of The Devil Wear Prada- complete with a red carpet, professional photographer, popcorn, cocktails, snacks, and sodas - the experience felt like a true VIP event. Even the “Pet of the Month” feature is an adorable and creative way to spotlight some of our fury neighbors. These events also serve as a wonderful opportunity to partner with local Uptown businesses, giving residents a taste of everything our vibrant neighborhood has to offer. Speaking of the physical space, the maintenance team continues to work hard on both large and small projects. The elevator floors have been beautifully redone, and carpets throughout the building are cleaned periodically, keeping The Selene looking fresh and well-kept. The one area I would like to see improvement is a minor but ongoing issue. I have been waiting months for a pint of touch-up paint for my apartment that was promised by the maintenance team. While this is not a deal breaker by any means, a timely follow-through would go a long way. All in all, The Selene Luxury Residence is truly a wonderful place to call home. The luxury speaks for itself, and the community that management has cultivated makes it even more special. I look forward to sharing more updates in the months to come!

I honestly never write Google reviews, but I had to for Selene. Finding a true sense of community was extremely important to me as I moved across the country. From the very first apt tour, Lakeiha Strain and the entire Selene management and concierge team were outstanding. My experience with Lakeiha was so exceptional that I canceled all of my other apartment tours and signed at Selene shortly after visiting. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that Selene was the right place to call home. The building itself is beautiful.. everything is spotless, well-maintained, and in pristine condition. But what truly sets Selene apart is the people. The level of care and support from management is unmatched. If you're considering Selene, ask for Lakeiha or Jenea - you'll be in the best hands!

Absolutely phenomenal experience at The Selene! We recently partnered with The Selene to host a luxury sound bath for their residents, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about their management team. From start to finish, Jenea and her entire staff were an absolute dream to work with. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for creating a memorable resident experience made the entire process seamless. The space was spotless and beautifully prepared, the team was hands-on and supportive, and the residents were incredibly warm and engaged. It’s rare to find a property where management truly cares about elevating wellness and community — but The Selene exceeds every expectation. We are already looking forward to future collaborations. Highly recommend The Selene for anyone seeking a luxury living experience backed by an exceptional management team!

I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t share how wonderful not only the Selene building is, but especially the people who truly make it feel like home. I have been so grateful to live here and will always cherish the relationships I’ve built. Not only with my neighbors, but with the incredible staff as well. I’ve always felt safe, supported, and well taken care of. I want to give special recognition to those who have made such a lasting impact: Jenea White (the fabulous GM who is not only beautiful on the outside but the inside as well) James Boshell (who is smart, a great listener, and makes me laugh) Lakeiha Strain (a wonderful and true friend who is so kind and thoughtful) Maintenance: Michael Salinas & Raymond James (I haven’t needed much maintenance but when I have, you were there in a second. I appreciate it!) Concierge: Tommy, Jennifer, Jon, and Stephan (Tommy cheers me on in the morning with coffee and encouragement, Jennifer welcomes me home and is so sweet and funny, Stephan is a friend for life and such a joy. Lastly, our sweet Jon. Jon is the glue of this building and may be the most loyal person I have met. I am honored to be his friend. Thank you all for making Selene feel like more than just a place to live but truly a home. :)

My boyfriend and I have love living here at The Selene, and a big reason why is the incredible staff. Jennifer, Tommy, Jon, and Mckehia have all been amazing, professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a team that makes residents feel so supported and valued. The staff is always answering questions, helping with maintenance concerns and always creating a welcoming environment. They consistently go above and beyond. They truly make The Selene feel like home. I’m so grateful for all they do and highly recommend living here!
