Tacoby and the office staff were overwhelmingly welcoming and hospitable. Tacoby is the best leasing agent I have ever toured with. He answered questions before I could asked them-leaving me fully informed. The Statler wasn’t on my list of options but knowing there will be staff like him has me reconsidering my other options. Additionally, I met some of the long time tenants who were quite pleasant and community is a great sell for me. Furthermore, with my work schedule and traveling, I don’t get out often but to know there are a few conveniences in my building, in the event I need to just get out-let’s just say, I have much to consider. Superb!

I had an amazing experience touring The Statler Apartments! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, professional, and well put together. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining both the units and the amenities. I especially want to highlight Tacoby—he was such a great person to work with throughout the entire leasing process. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident every step of the way. His positive attitude and genuine willingness to help really made a difference. Overall, this was one of the best touring experiences I’ve had, and I’m very excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend!

Concierge staff is amazing but the building itself isn’t. Elevators are constantly down and one can’t access the stairs to go up so you are forced to wait for the elevator -not as bad as you think but when you have to cram in there with 8 other people it does get ridiculous. AC in the building is also unreliable, I constantly have issues every month and will go a day or two without AC. Work orders are also a gamble - it’ll either be addressed in a few days or over a month. Will not be renewing lease. *Noticed that most of the 5 star reviews are from people touring the residential area but not actual residence.

I’m a locator and I love love love this property! Tacoby is truly a gem and such a pleasure every time I see him! The staff is amazing. The grounds are always clean and taken care of. The amenities are unbeatable for the price in downtown! Thanks, Statler Residences, for always being so great
