I’m having a wonderful experience moving into Residences at Park District so far! Sara has made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. She’s always friendly, kind, professional, and gets everything handled in a very timely manner. Even though I’m only a few days into my lease, I absolutely love it here already. The property is very nice, extremely clean, smells great, and feels very secure. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everything feels very well maintained!

Never once have I had a bad experience at Park District. I’ve toured the property countless times with clients; it’s definitely a premium community with a premium price tag for those who can afford it. Great location, quality finishes, and views, with in my opinion some of the best management in the city from my experience.

My wife and I have now been a resident of "Residence at Park District" for a year, we live part of the year in Europe and keep our home base residence right here. We wanted to speak out and share seriously how much we love living here and a place we call home when in Dallas. The building itself is absolutely stunning and of great build Quality, the cleaning staff here keeps this entire place spotless at all times, we have never noticed any neglect in cleanliness or tattered/old and or abused carpeting or furniture on display anywhere in this building including how clean the elevators and parking garage are Always Kept. The leadership here led by Nina and Kassi are a huge asset to our community, they pay attention to all the details, very approachable, friendly and professional, the team they lead and front desk concierges are extremely professional, helpful but most of all friendly and very much always there with a smile on their face and ready to offer any assistance anytime needed or just a simple hello and how are doing! We may not remember all the names but a huge Thank You to all for all that you do an dare about- Toi, Sidney, Chad, Madi, Antoine, Ryan and John whom we interact with almost weekly if not daily, this is an outstanding team. For all the reasons mentioned above we will most certainly renew our lease this year and continue to cal Residence as Park District our home. Grazie Mille a tutti!

The west facing view is quickly being obstructed by the new tower on the north side of Klyde Warren Park. Additionally, I was met with some pretty aggressive damage fees upon move out despite leaving my unit in great condition... A disappointing end to an otherwise great experience. With that being said the concierge staff are amazing and I enjoyed my stay.

We’ve been touring with Brittany and she has been fantastic throughout the entire process. Our schedule involved a lot of travel and coordination, and she was always incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and the amenities truly stand out. Everything from the overall experience to the level of service has been top notch. Highly recommend working with this team.
