I lived here for 2 1/2 years and had a great experience! The staff is friendly and responsive, the amenities are clean and well-maintained, and the views are incredible. The building is very modern, and I didn’t have many maintenance issues. When I did, they were always promptly addressed. It seems like the walls between units are very soundproof (I never heard a peep from my neighbors!) and noise from the street wasn’t really an issue either (I lived on a higher floor). Undoubtedly the best thing about this apartment, though, was the LOCATION. It’s within walking distance of Klyde Warren, the DMA/Nasher/Crow Museums, the Perot, State Thomas, Griggs park, the Katy Trail, Reverchon Park, West Village, the Harwood District, and an endless list of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Being across the street from Whole Foods is also incredibly convenient, and I love the McKinney Ave trolley! I will miss living here!

I've been living at One Uptown for six months now, and this place has been amazing! The views are incredible, and the amenities are top-notch—but what truly makes this place a joy to live in is the staff. Whenever Lilly is at the concierge, I get extra excited because she always has a smile on her face and makes me feel so welcome. Her warmth and friendliness make a real difference! And I have to give a shoutout to Rebecca at the leasing office—she's been absolutely fantastic! From day one, she's been so helpful, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. The building is safe, located in a fantastic neighborhood, and oh yeah... that rooftop pool? Absolutely unbeatable! Highly recommend One Uptown to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I lived at One Uptown for over a year and, although this was a relatively short time, it was a fantastic experience. Misty is a rockstar Property Manager. She is visibly kind to all residents and is quick to address any issues you have. She’s consistent, professional, and follows up on issues promptly. Ninoska and Brent on the maintenance team are also amazing. It was a joy seeing Ninoska every single morning tending to the gym, and Brent went above and beyond with all of my maintenance requests, responding within a day or so. The building is safe, secure, and very well maintained. I never had issues leaving my car in the garage while I traveled for weeks at a time, and concierge was great about communicating with us regarding guests and mail. Being able to text them was a huge plus! I DO agree that it can get a bit noisy and busy outside of the building because of the nightlife downstairs, but if you’re from a big city and enjoy city life, it’s nothing abnormal. I work from home and can confirm that the building during the day is very quiet. There were many days I had the gym to myself as well, which was great. :) I am moving out this year because I’m in need of a bit more space and am interested in other areas in Dallas, but if you are interested in Uptown, One Uptown is a really great choice!

Really nice building, great amenities and the ladies from the leasing office (Kasey and Rebecca) are super friendly. Maintenance is quick and I appreciate the secured garage parking.

I've done Dallas apartment living for 6 years now. I know all the buildings and have opinions on many. One Uptown is head and shoulders above the others. Exceptional/thoughtful building design, stellar leasing office/concierge support, and impeccable maintenance—it’s all so impressive, and my fiancée is tired of me talking about how much I’ve loved living here.
