I had such a wonderful experience at Cirque Residences, and a huge part of that was thanks to KK. From the moment I walked in, she was absolutely amazing—warm, personable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. She took her time, answered every question thoughtfully, and made the entire process feel effortless and welcoming. She is truly someone I would refer business to without hesitation. The property itself is incredible. Cirque Residences is perfectly located right across the street from the American Airlines Center, which gives it such an exciting, energetic feel while still being polished and upscale. The spaces are stunning—especially the one-bedroom apartments, which are generously sized in the ~1,200 sq ft range and feel open, modern, and beautifully designed. The amenities are top-notch, the community feels friendly and elevated, and even the on-site team—including the store staff—were so kind and pleasant to interact with. You can really feel that this is a place where people care about the residents and the overall experience. I’m truly grateful for KK’s time, her patience, and her positive energy throughout my visit. She made such a lasting impression, and I genuinely look forward to seeing her (and the team) again. If you’re considering Cirque Residences, you’ll be in excellent hands—this place and the people here are something special. Highly recommend! ✨

I had such an amazing experience working with Kamaria from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was how knowledgeable and personable she was. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Her energy was warm, positive, and authentic, which honestly made such a difference during what can normally be a stressful process. Kamaria went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, her attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and she truly made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with and takes pride in providing exceptional service. I walked up 21 flights of stairs to my floor on 05/23 after taking my dog out! My husband did the same this morning. We had about 4 rounds of elevators go by where residents were packed like sardines…If someone had a health issue that wouldn’t allow them to walk up 21 flights- this would easily become grounds for a lawsuit. Not sure how the team at Greystar can get by without providing their residents with the bare minimum requirement of functioning elevators… in a high rise! So if you’re looking to rent here- please keep this in mind. All Memorial day weekend the trash was full and no one was cleaning the building. Ever since Greystar took over the building the conditions have been terrible :( Leasing office staff is also rude and are not responsive to recommendations. I asked for additional communication or a calendar on the resident portal so we know when elevators are taken and was met with an eye roll and was told “you’re not going to get that at any property”. Even if that’s true- you should aim to provide your residents with a better system. If you’re touring the place you’re going to get the best parts of the leasing team and the building but I’ve been living here for 5 ish years and this is the worst it’s ever been. I do want to shoutout the valet, concierge and maintenance team in the building!!! They’re the only good part of living here.

I want to give a shoutout to Kay Kay for not only being an outstanding tour guide but also a great representative for the community! I already had pretty high expectations coming in and she is a major reason why I am highly considering applying. If you’re also considering this property make sure you tour with her, you won’t be disappointed.

The Community has a very friendly feel to it and has an upbeat atmosphere that radiates throughout the building from the people you interact with on a daily basis. Cleanliness is a major priority throughout the building as everything kept up and spotless. You can’t beat the location as it is in the heart of downtown across the street from American Airlines where you can watch the Mavs and Stars play along with concerts, UFC fights, and boxing. Lots of fabulous restaurants, bar and grills, grocery stores are all walking distance, the Management staff is very active and is there to take care of any concerns that you might have. They also have alot of fun Community events where you can socialize with others in the building. The amenities are top notch will state of the art pool, gym, coffee bar, renovated dog park, valet, and an attentive concierge team. Definitely a place you can call home and be proud that you live there.
