Towne is a collection of ammenities, convenience and sense of community all wrapped in one. Lived here for almost 2 years now. The community events they offer are creative and great. A true spread of different people live here ranging from young professionals to small, new families. The pool and golf simulator room are amazing, and they check the boxes on safety, security, and being a general place you're happy to come home to. The staff is helpful, the maintenance is top-notch when responding to requests, and haven't had to wait longer that 1-2 hours before someone reached out to fix something for my wife and I!

This was the most informative, detail driven tour I have ever taken. Giulianna was excellent. I had been working with Hailey leading up to this tour who was also very informative, but she wasn't available today and without missing a beat Giulianna took the reigns. The tour lasted roughly an hour and she showed me 3 different apts that she felt would benefit me the most. Because of all the help and information I received from this leasing crew, when I made my decision, I was very confident I made the right choice. Thank you to everyone at Towne.

I had the best experience touring Towne apartments. The property was stunning and the team was so welcoming. Shoutout to my tour guide Giulianna. She was so warm and knowledgeable. Made me feel like I already live here ! Turning in my application and can’t wait to be resident. Highly recommend you come and check it out !

My wife and I recently moved to Nashville and cannot say enough good things about Towne; from the unit we leased, the staff, the amenities and the responsiveness to requests this place has quickly become “home”! Everyone’s super friendly and welcoming and the city access is top notch. I would 100% recommend Towne Nashville to anyone looking to move to the Germantown area and look forward to being a resident here for a long while!

Towne Nashville is the best of both worlds, a beautifully maintained property, with amazing amenities. To bring your experience to another level, the communication and assistance provided by the properties team makes you feel truly cared for. Giulianna was able to answer all my questions and concerns, and she goes out of her way to make you feel appreciated, and brings an enthusiasm that just makes you want to be a part of this community! The attention to detail makes you feel welcomed and invited to become a contributing part of this property. (Before I signed my lease, Giulianna left a thank you note, with a key that said “we hope you become a part of our Towne, and your jacket fits our vibes perfectly”. If that’s not the nicest welcome ever, I don’t know what is.) very memorable, and standout experience.
