Loved touring Standard Assembly. The whole place had such a good vibe. Modern, welcoming, and it felt like there’s an actual sense of community here, which really stood out to me. Being in the heart of Wedgewood Houston is also a huge plus. Big shoutout to Ashleigh for making the experience so easy. I came in as a walk-in and she was super kind, personable, and helpful the entire time. She answered all my questions and made the tour feel really natural instead of sales-y. I left feeling excited and could genuinely see myself living here!

My wife and I have been looking around Nashville for apartments for our daughter as she prepares to move here for school in August, and Standard Assembly immediately stood out. Huge shoutout to Hannah. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does, and that energy made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident about the community and everything it offers. While our daughter hasn’t officially made her decision yet, Standard Assembly is absolutely at the top of the list!

I went on a tour of Standard Assembly with my partner while we were looking at apartments around Nashville and this was easily the best apartment tour we’ve ever been on in the area. Hannah gave us a wonderful, comprehensive tour as well as an extremely thorough rundown of the leasing process. She was lovely to speak with and learn about the property from.

Hannah gave us the absolute best tour and made our process for getting an apartment seamless! She spent so much time with us and has been extremely communicative and helpful throughout the application process. So excited to live here and joint a great community of people. Hannah made us feel welcome and right at home, we knew that the Standard is the right place for us and our next chapter! Highly recommend this building / neighborhood, definitely check it out!

I absolutely LOVE the Standard Assembly! They immediately made me feel so welcome when I first moved in. Everything is super clean and organized. Wedgewood is the perfect area to live in. There’s so many fun restaurant, and things to do around here that’s walkable distance. Hannah here is amazing!! So kind and patient with any questions you ever have. I moved here last February and transferred over to a new apartment this March and she made the process so easy!! I told her what I desired for an apartment and she found me the perfect place I love. The team members (Gavin, Dylan, Hannah, etc) here, do everything in their power to make you feel at home and it shows!
