I just toured this facility and I MUST SAY the staff that they have pairs so well with this excellent Property! It has some amazing views that capture the downtown Nashville area and its beauty and its SO conveniently located near broadway where all of the action happens daily! The apartments itself are so spacious even for a midrise/highrise style apartment. I love the stainless steel appliances to complement the apartment’s interior ! So well developed and managed I can’t say enough great things about the Rutledge ! I will be moving there this summer just in time for that awesome Nashville weather! Thank you all!

I lived at Rutledge Flats for 13 months and truly enjoyed my time here. The staff has always been helpful and responsive, and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. The community kitchen is always clean, and the neighbors are respectful and keep shared spaces tidy. The rooftop has a fantastic view of the city, which is perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. I also love that WiFi and utilities are included in the rent—it’s a great value. Perfect spot for downtown Nashville living, especially if you’re looking for a well-managed micro studio apartment community.

I think this place was great when I was going through my divorce. I just needed to start over and didn’t have much to start over with. My neighbors were nice, and considering the location it was priced about where I expected. Pretty quiet at night which I appreciated since I’m always in bed early !

It is amazing staying at the Rutledge Flat. Everyone is helpful and makes a lot of new friends with my neighbors. Plus it is safe and clean! I am going to be here for one year and looking forward to my remaining stay:)

I moved here in September 2025. The staff has been efficient, professional, and have made me feel very welcome. They have been knowledgeable about the city and helping me acclimate to my new city. As far as the apartment, it is very contemporary and space efficient. The location is FABULOUS! I have felt comfortable and would recommend this as a great new start!
