I recently toured Broadstone Centennial and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I drove into the community, I fell in love with the area. The location in Centennial is absolutely perfect—convenient access to major roads, great nearby shopping and dining options, and that peaceful suburban feel without feeling too far from everything. It’s exactly the kind of neighborhood I’ve been looking for. The building and grounds themselves are fantastic. The architecture is modern and sleek, with beautiful landscaping that makes the whole property feel elevated and well-maintained. The units I saw were spacious, with high-end finishes, excellent natural light, and thoughtful layouts. The amenities are top-notch too—everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out, though, was the management and team. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire tour feel personal rather than rushed. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in the community and actually care about the residents. Overall, Broadstone Centennial feels like a true standout. If you’re considering a move to the Centennial area, I highly recommend scheduling a tour—you won’t be disappointed. I’m seriously considering making this my new home

I'm very happy at Broadstone Centennial. The entire process moving in was so smooth from start to finish. Everything went exactly as expected, very quick approval and move-in date was flexible. Sarah was really helpful and professional, and made sure every last detail was covered. It's in a great area that's quiet and tucked away a little but close enough to everything by car, and walkable to the park. The unit itself is great, nice fixtures, appliances, and the gas range is awesome to have. The wine fridge is a nice touch, and unlike my previous apartment, it's quiet in the unit. The parking garage is nice, and so is having ample guest parking. The amenities in the building are great. The gym is nice and clean and has everything I need. The sky lounge has great views and is a nice place to pregame or hang out. I haven't been to the pool yet but I like that it's already open in March. And I'm excited to check out the rest of the amenities and meet some more of the other residents!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Broadstone Centennial. The location is perfect with easy access to Nashville’s healthcare systems and close proximity to Centennial Park. There’s no better place that you can find luxury living, green space for our dog and city views. The management team has been incredibly kind, approachable, and responsive!

One of the best apartment complexes that I have seen in the Nashville area. The property is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and super friendly. They always respond if there is ever an issue and genuinely care about its residents. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here and highly recommend this place.

I have lived here for the past 2 years and really enjoyed it. Great amenities like the sky lounge, pool/outdoor area and gym. Building is well secured with parking gate and Butterfly access. Also, the public spaces are always well maintained by the cleaning crew and valet trash service
